Good Evening the Pasta, salad and garlic bread was yummy. Hubby was delighted. 💕😎

OMG! I feel bad for your husband at least he was trying. 💕I am glad you are making
strides in your recovery. I know what it is like to need help with bathing and everything else.
I have told several stories over the years and I will tell you another day. I did help with everything
and I only fell out of my own bed. I think my kids were spooked by that. I ended up in the
hospital spent five days there and I was in a wheelchair for three months all during a very
hot summer in OZ. I am fine now.

So take your time thank you for posting I was getting a bit concerned. Xango now is the time
for some of your goodies in your freezer. 💕

Good Afternoon. Nice day in Florida. Getting ready to go to the Market to get some hot soup for hubby. After today or tomorrow should be able to use our oven and stovetop. Using Clean Boss and letting it stand for a few minutes before wiping down.

I saw hubby yesterday and he did miss me on Sunday and knew the reason. Got an earful for not reading the label prior to purchase. I could not understand why I wasn’t buying the mustard, nowI know and will remember due to the outcome. Of course there was one other thing as well. Coconut candy in dark chocolate. Who would have known. As you know two wrongs do not make it right. Thank whomever it wasn’t a virus…….

Seeing hubby yesterday with the cool temps was awesome. Luckily, I had a sweatshirt in the car for myself and proceeded to put it on prior to entering the rehab. Good thing…..The air was on full blast with the temps in the 60s, or maybe the low 70s. It was like a frig in there. Hubby was in his room finishing supper when I got there. Eating and shivering. He had a sweatshirt on, but not zipped. And he was wearing shorts. I went into his closet and pulled out a winter jacket with fleece inside and put it over his legs. That helped somewhat. The nurse happened to come by and saw what I did and then returned with a blanket to put over the jacket. A half hour later the nurse came by and decided it was better to be in bed. When he brought the covers back I noticed that the bottom sheet was torn from one corner to the middle. I could just visualize hubby sticking his toes through the hole causing major damage when retreating. While he went to get a bottom sheet, I stripped the bed and at the same time took the mattress cover off and shook it. Noticed a new mattress on the bed and the cover was brand new as well. By the time I had everything back the bottom sheet arrived. He was in bed within 6 minutes and feeling better. But, then the heat came on. I am debating about bringing a lap quilt. There’s one I always leave in the car, so will check it out.

“Good to see you post. With the temps coming down and maybe some lower humidity, you may find yourself feeling better. Just read where Sheba said today was National Pasta Day. Who can resist. If you ever needed a good excuse, today is the day.

Hope your hubby is enjoying his new job with the hospital. At least he won’t have to buck the traffic daily.

Hello Sheba, how are you feeling today?

My recovery is coming along. I’m now able to take showers sitting down in a shower seat. Was quite a challenge getting down a step, but made it down and up with hubby’s help.

So sad to hear about Suzanne passing. I saw a video on YouTube and learned she had fallen a few times in her home.

Our temperatures are coming down a bit, into the sixties last night.
Hubby made Salmon the other day, used a iron skillet and smoked up the kitchen and family room. He had to open up the patio door and front door but there was no air. The day is so still, no breeze, and humidity was high.

Good afternoon to you. National Pasta Day is everyday in my house.🤣 Love it!

Another dreary day in the ‘burgh, what else is new.🌧 Hubs is at mom’s house. She said this morning her furnace wasn’t working but she is so short and can’t really see the thermostat and just hits buttons. She ended up having it set on cool instead of heat.😮

Jake is one of our best players👍 just like my Jake was the best dog. He had ankle surgery in August and was supposed to miss about five games but was ready for the opener. I was at his first pro game some years ago and he scored twice which is rare.😊 His parents were stunned! Next game is tomorrow.
