Hi. It’s Wednesday and I see you are posting. Thought you like to know that hubby is back to his pranks. The receptionist was the one who finally found where hubby was. Seems he disappeared for most of the day. No one could find him until dinner time when the receptionist went to the dining room for something and saw hubby at a table enjoying his meal. Where he was prior, no one seems to know. However, he hardly uses his arms for the wheelchair. He walks the chair with his feet and seems to get around OK. When I finally saw him he had to tell me of his little escapade. He absolutely knew everyone was looking for him. He went outside and loved the cooler temps. Was on the lanai for a while and then decided to hit the dining room. He was hungry and thought there might be some hors oeuvres. I mentioned there was a machine right around the corner and if he was interested I would give him some loose change so he could pick and choose. He mentioned t hat he loved going into the drawer that I set up for him with sugar free soda and treats. Getting to that drawer is hazardous. Very little space between the bed and bathroom door to get to that spot. I may move some of those items to his bedside table. I will think about that issue when I see him today. I loved that he played hide and seek.

Today, I will definitely make sometime to take a ride to the Farmer’s Market. It’s a good day for soup and I’m in the mood for their clam chowder which was absolutely delicious and the price and taste sure beat the Cape. However, my favorite one is the Rhode Island clear Chowder. Rhode Island is about an hour and a half from our home on the Cape so it’s a good possibility to take a ride. Also, our favorite market when we are in town is just minutes from the restaurant where we purchase the “chowdah.” Now, I am starving just thinking about food. Since I haven’t had anything to eat yet, guess I will have some thing for brunch.

Had a phone call just minutes ago for the delivery of the microwave. Unfortunately it was for tomorrow between 5 & 9 pm. I can wait a week. Right now, tentatively it is scheduled for the 25th in the AM. . I do not like missing a time with hubby.
