OZ is very warm and will be in triple digits all week. 😎✨

Hubby and I have been outside mowing the yards and taking care of the flowers and plants.

I am going to jump in the shower I use Perlier and Korres my bathroom is like a Spa. 💕

I must have fallen asleep. Just got up and will do a few things and then go to bed for the night. Tomorrow we have garbage day. Not sure if I will be up in time and if not, we have Thursday.

I did go to the rehab to see hubby today. Before driving there I had contacted the new pizza/Italian restaurant for grinders and a pizza. Well, the on line information turned out to be incorrect. They were closed to get ready for the dinner shift. So, instead, I put plan 2 into the operation. First I needed gas. Took almost an hour at Sam’s because each line had only one pump working. Guess I should have driven to Costco, but I was afraid I didn’t have enough to get there. As it turned out, I probably did.

I arrived at rehab and found hubby coming down a long corridor. This time he was using his hands and his feet . What a great sight to behold. He is actually trying to get stronger every day. Since I didn’t go to our favorite place I used Kindle to see what was available. Hubby decided that he wanted ice cream and a Reuben with onion rings. I decided on a fish sandwich and off I went to Culvers. The fish was sweet and of course hubby started on the ice cream. When I returned he was eating dinner. I had complained that he didn’t eat in the dining room and there was no tray in his room. Seems the aides took it thinking he was eating elsewhere. Anyway, he will have the Reuben later.

We did get some nice raindrops while I was out and about. No lightning and no thunder. Just a good downpour that lasted five or ten minutes. The van never looked so good.

Hubby had no idea what happened to his roommate. He thinks he was finally able to return home. I decided not to tell him. It may be better for him not to know. I will get more details tomorrow, if possible.

So sorry that there was a snake on your hiking path. Guess it was late afternoon when they begin to come out. We have a snake that sits under our hibiscus bush near our driveway. I now get the water I need during the day, rather than at night due to their hissing sounds.

Hiked early afternoon in warm breezes. One snake was on the trail and kindly moved for me after I took a picture of him/her. Two older men told me they saw a hissing rattler and they were leaving the area fast. It was kind of cute. The rattler was gone for my hike. YAY.

Hubs and son both have stomach aches and no, I didn’t even cook tonight.

I enjoyed Heidi yesterday, but, in my opinion, she was not her joyful, energetic self. During the second hour I thought she was a bit sad and I could have sworn she was trying to hold back tears. I think I missed why. I did purchase her “Dazzling Demoiselle” necklace. And now I see there are 15 or 16 left.

We have an air quality alert and it could be the reason that I feel down and out. I think today will be a pizza day and will stop at the new deli for the meat lover’s. The house is too hot for me to cook or use the airfryer. Also too hot to make hubby’s winter melon soup.

Instead of Costco, will be stopping at Sam’s for gas. There were quite a few articles on line going into the difference between Sam’s and Costco. Though there is a huge difference in membership price, and also a difference in food quality. Most of Sam’s ready made meals and veggies look good in the case. That is, until you read the label. Most contain preservatives and lots of salt. Their meats also contain preservatives and one needs to read the labels. Same goes for Aldi’s.

Last night’s get together for Trivia was good. I was able to play the game and say hi to everyone. Hubby was in bed by 7:30 pm. I brought him a bagel with cream cheese, onion and lox. He ate half and I left the other half to go into the frig at the nurse’s station. Going home I missed all 7 lights. One was quite long and not part of a highway. It was good to be home. It took over a half hour to travel 8 miles.

I did not go to the rehab today. During the afternoon I felt awful and could not understand why. I was sweating and just felt icky. Decided to take a look at the A/C and found that the temp was 92 in the house and climbing. So, I turned it off completely for a half hour. I then noticed some things were against the area and moved them out of the way. After about a half hour turned everything on and it seemed to be working OK. The temp was 88 and I didn’t hear the noise coming from the filter area. So did another shutoff and now I can feel the cool breeze from the fan. I will wait until Monday to make any phone calls if things don’t change, though I think everything could be fine now. The filter looks clean, but will wash it in daylight and I will sweep the area. Not to worry. Everything will be off including the electrical in the panel. I would make a phone call, but they still wouldn’t be here before Monday. I also have overhead fans if needed.

I did contact the rehab and found that my hubby’s roommate had passed sometime this morning. I was initially told that he had a blood disease, but wonder if it may have been something with his breathing. I did bring this up to the head nurse/unit mgr. I also mentioned that the episode seemed to pass. His wife visited for an hour on Thursday. For some reason she didn’t come that often.

Tomorrow I will pick up dinner for both of us. I have a yen for pizza and will bring a sub to hubby. I also need gas and right now I seem to be driving on fumes. Sam’s is close by and I checked for the price and it seems they are in line with Costco at $3.18/gal.

Today I received a small bookcase in seafoam. Absolutely beautiful and will go nicely in the reading area of the MB. I purchased a garden seat for the Master as well and the two go together really well. So excited. Both pieces are in the second bathroom, so they are out of harms way. Now I need to find someone to take our bed completely a part and put it back together again using the right hardware. Right now the mattress fits on one side only.

I am hoping to get an early start tomorrow. The house can wait another day Just very concerned with hubby and his roommate passing. I hope to be with him all day and into the evening.

Oodie after reading your post I now know why the house was too hot for you. I would
have left too. I am glad you are handy with turning off things and trying first to find the
problem then if that does not work call in the pros. The temps are hot all over and now is
not the time to be without A/C. very smart of you to check everything.

Just rest today and enjoy your visit tomorrow with your husband I am sure he will be
very happy to see you. 😘

Sheba, Hello. Poppy is just adorable! Oz sounds very hot.
Today I changed locations to break things up and went early in the afternoon. There was a nice breeze even though it was a warm one. I only saw 2 people the entire time. Makes for a low key hike. I liked it. Going to try it again tomorrow.

Are you planning to see any of the movies out currently? Hubs wants to see Oppenheimer next week. The Sound of Freedom is hugely popular and so is Barbie apparently.

and Barbie as they are a double feature at least in the Midwest. Oppenheimer is a good movie and a true one unfortunately this is a true story.

I am up at an ungodly hour. The A/C is working. Cannot wait until I tell hubby. Even though the filter looks good, I will shut everything down and wash it outside. In this heat and humidity, it should not take forever to dry.

Speaking With Purpose

Our best chance of getting what we need is to communicate by converting our inner voice to our outside voice.

Each of us has developed an internal filtering process that helps us choose which parts of our constant inner monologues get voiced outside of our heads. Sometimes the choice is based on what we consider to be polite or appropriate, using subtlety instead of directness to try to get our point across. Other times, the choice is made based on our expectations of the other person and what we feel they should know about us, our feelings, and our needs. But our best chance of getting what we need is to communicate specifically by converting our inner voice to our outside voice.

This may seem unnecessary sometimes, especially when we think the other person has the same information we ourselves are working with, but we have to remember they also have their own inner voice, evaluating what they hear in light of their own issues and needs. With so much to consider and sift through, we are truly better off if we communicate precisely. Not only does doing this minimize the chance for misinterpretation, but voicing our thoughts is an act of creation. We convert thought and imagination to sound, releasing it from the chamber of our minds into the outside world. This carries energy and intention with it, making our thoughts, wishes, and even dreams come true.

When we have the courage to speak our minds and use our voice to send the desires of our hearts from our inner world to the world outside, we take a bold step in making them happen. By removing fear of what others may think and expectation of what others should understand, we free ourselves and let loose our desires onto the canvas of the world. Next time we become aware that we have a choice about how to communicate, we can choose to use our outside voice and watch its creative power at work. AMEN! ✨✨

Hot, hot, hot here. We had a small thunder storm, more thunder than actual storm. A nice easy gentle rain. Then the Sun came out and it’s so hot.

Sheba, for the chicken croquettes, I take some of the chicken mixture and stir in chopped Italian parsley and any other herbs you like. Mix into the mixture. Using your hands form the shape desired, I first make it into a small ball and then roll between my hands into a croquette. If needed place in the refrigerator for a few minutes to hardened a little. Dust ever so very lightly with flour, dip into an whole Egg and water wash and dip into bread Crumbs for frying.

This week. the Farmer’s Market is doing hot hot with mangos. They will be using all different Kinds of hot peppers. Your hubby would be on cloud nine. Going to try their salmon and salsa. Was supposed to go today but had to wait for a phone call from urology for the next appointment. I was told the call would come this afternoon. It never did. So missed the first hour tonight with Heidi.

Yesterday I hiked late (because of the heat), so I did a bit of running to speed things up. Not a great idea because a coyote and I came face to face on the trail. Fortunately, this was a polite Coyote who moved into the woods and up a trail, then as I was letting a dog walker know ( his dog was loose) about it, and that same coyote came back down just further up the trail. So polite. Tomorrow I will try to go before the noon sun.

We had an extremely hot day, you could cut the humidity with a knife. Later in the afternoon, we had a thunderstorm. Not much rain more lighting and thunder than rain.

I ordered a Totally Bamboo State-Shaped Cutting Board and Coaster Set for Tennessee.
Next month is my friend’s birthday, she has remodeled her kitchen. She lives in Tennessee, with her husband in a farm, a horse and a few dogs.

The chicken croquettes recipe is made from my chicken recipe. I will write it down to my notes and then share it with you tomorrow. It’s a little time consuming to make the chicken but we’ll worth it. You can use it in so many different ways in several recipes.

Good morning Sheba, here is the chicken recipe. It’s my mother’s recipe.
Any questions you may have I am here.

CHICKEN A LA CELIA
1 Tray of breast of chicken, skinless and boneless
about 6 to 8 breasts.
Olive oil for sautéing.
1 Large onion  or two medium diced
2 Large carrots or 3 medium diced
2 Stalks of  celery or 3 medium diced, ( 2 Leeks diced (optional)…)
2  to 3 Garlic cloves minced ( I like garlic so I normally put 4 to 5)
Tomato paste ( I use about half of a small can) or  you can use fresh tomatoes 3 or 4 plum tomatoes.
3 to 4 large whole Eggs
4 to 5 Heaping Tablespoons of flour.
Bay leaves, Thyme,  Oregano,  Italian parsley, Cilantro, herbs you prefer to be cooked with the chicken also chopped with the exception of the bay leaf. 
Olive oil to cook, sauté the vegetables and the chicken.
Water or chicken broth to cook the chicken,  after cooking the chicken, make sure to have enough liquid mixed with the cooked vegetables to use for finalizing the dish.

In a large pan ( I use the 11 inch chicken  fryer Wolfgang Puck) add olive oil,  on medium heat sauté all the diced vegetables cooking them. Add the miced garlic and the tomato paste saute it for about two minutes being careful not to burn it. Remove the vegetables from the pan, add olive oil enough to saute the chicken breasts, lightly sauté briefly one side then turn the other making sure not to brown the meat, just to seal and very brief.
Add the vegetables back into the pan with the chicken and add your aromatics, herbs etc.
Add the liquid, enough to cook, and at the end you have liquids with your vegetables (I never measured), but maybe about  two or three cups of liquid with the vegetables. ( sorry but not sure). Cooking the chicken breasts to the point of, not raw and not over cooked. It doesn’t take long to cook it. So that’s why I first sauté the vegetables cooking them first. Once the chicken is cooked removed the breats only from the pan into a dish they can cool down. If there is an access of grease just remove with a spoon once you remove the breasts from the pan.
Once the breasts are cooled enough to handle, shredded each cooked breast with your hands, or place in a stand mixer with a paddle mix until all is shredded. I tried using a food processor I didn’t like the outcome of the chicken. If your chicken is cooked correctly and not over cooked it will shredd well with your hands.
If you are using the same pot,( I use the 11 inch chicken  fryer Wolfgang Puck  which is the perfect size round and hight),  remove the liquid with the vegetables into a different bowl.  Place the shredded chicken into the pot add some of the liquid/vegetables. Try about half of it and then see if its not dry, if needed add more of the liquid and vegetables. If you used your hands to shred the chicken. With a very large spoon, use a up and down motion cut the shredded chicken with the liquid/vegetables with your large spoon. Cutting and stirring adding more liquid as needed, place the pan on medium heat and repeating the cutting and mixing motion adding more liquid as needed.  Remove from heat allow it to cool some, then add the eggs, the amount will  depend on how may breasts of chicken you use. Mix in the eggs, then add the flour mixing into the chicken mixture well, cook paying attention not to dry out too much. If need after the flour is cooked, you can add a little more liquid/vegetable to the mixture. The chicken mixture will talk to you, making 😋 sounds. It will look somewhat creamy.

Once it’s cooked and cooled completely it can be frozen in portions for future meals. Also I would freeze some of the liquid/vegetables in another container should I need it for future use with the chicken. This mixture goes a long way.  This is just a few recipes I use it in:  In a Quiche, make Croquettes, add to soups, make chicken pies,  (make Brazilian Pastel and Empadas, look up on YouTube for the dough), make Empanadas (the Spanish version),  put it on bread or make a sandwich with it. Just let your imagination guide you on the many ways to use this mixture. I like to add fresh chopped herbs to the cooked mixture, one bunch of Italian parsley,  two bunches of  Cilantro along with  Thyme. Depending  on the dish I am making  I like to add olives. This is my mother’s recipe, she used to cook a whole chicken and then shredded it. But there’s room for error because very little bones get into the mixture and that is dangerous, especially for children.

Well, It’s almost weekend time. Looking forward to working on the house. I ordered a small metal bookcase from Amazon in seagreen. It came yesterday and will be used in our MB. I also purchased a garden seat from Wayfair. This one looks like fish scales from bottom to top and has various colors starting with teal at the bottom to a very light sea green at the top. Alos for the MB. Cannot wait to restart the MB and Bath.

I will try to start everyone off for Trivia. May be really early this time since I will be going to the Farmer’s Market. Everything this week is with all different varieties of mangos. The Market even made their own sauce with mangos. Some are hot hot with habaneros and some sweet with red and orange peppers. Hubby doesn’t like anything spicy. But, I do. Should be an interesting experience.

Hi and a good afternoon to you. I am getting ready for a trip to Costco and for their gas. I will pick up some hotdogs and not sure about anything else, though pizza sounds OK. Just wish they had more to choose from in that area. Will also bring ice cream for hubby. I picked up one package of plain/original bagels from the Farmer’s Market. Not bad, though they are packaged and made in NY. It’s the closest I’ve found to a real water bagel since being in Florida. Costco makes their own and the flavor just isn’t there. They had used an outsider who was really good, but guess they went under during the pandemic. So many businesses lost during that time and now.

Tomorrow is Heidi and I will bring my Kindle, though, I don’t think I will be able to watch. Hubby is trying desperately to get home. I told him he needs to be able to get into the van on his own and I also mentioned that we could get a ramp so he can have an entry into the house. He also has to be able to get into and out of bed by himself. I cannot say he isn’t trying. He is weak all over and so sad to watch. But, most of the problem is not eating. I’m going to check some of the drinks at Costco and see if I can find something. Since he has lost so much weight, I am not concerned with the sugar content at this time. I think tomorrow I will make him lox with cream cheese and onion as an appetizer.

By the way, speaking of Heidi, what do you think about her “Boardwalk Necklace.” My parents used to vacation for a few days during the winter at Atlantic Beach and would always take me. Never went on any of the rides at the Amusement area, but enjoyed stopping at the various stores on the Boardwalk. Most were closed, but still a fun spot. Also dad won a Polaroid Camera one year that we were there. He had so much fun using it. Could not get over the pictures that he could see immediately. And, yes, we did go a few times during the summer when there were just a few tourists like us. But, we enjoyed the Cape more. Too bad the “Tree” will no longer be part of the landscape.

On my way to the rehab a warning light came on and I checked what it was for when I arrived. Seems it was for one of the tires. Without checking the tires I went to see hubby and to aks if he had eaten . Turned out he had. When I got to his room, there was no tray and of course I forgot to check the sheet to see wheat the meal was. I told him I needed to make a stop at Costco and he asked if I would bring him not one, but two hotdogs and their ice cream with the chocolate sauce. So I left and went to Costco. The people in the costco parking lot motioned to me about the rear tire. I looked and it was kind of flat. When I went into the warehouse I asked where the air for the tires would be and they told me to go to the tire place on the side of the building. I did that after spending some time putting a few things into the carriage. When I was done I did buy the hotdogs and 2 diet sodas along with the ice cream with chocolate sauce. I went over to the tire area and knocked on the door and someone came out and mentioned where to park the van temporarily. Found out that there was a nail in the tire and looked like it could be repaired. I left them at 8:30 pm with a repaired tire. Probably will need three new ones before heading North. The men there were really nice to work with and thankfully I do not need to return for a new tire.

Returned to the rehab. It was now 8:50 pm. I kept ringing the doorbell for over ten minutes and finally someone came to the door to say I couldn’t go in. Hmm……there is an opened letter that states visiting hours are opened 24 hrs. Anyway, someone finally let me in and hubby was beside himself. I explained the situation and his remark was, “Why couldn’t I call.” I explained that the switchboard closes at 7 pm. He can call out, I cannot call in. He was really worried. So happy that he seems to be with it more and more.

On my way to Costco, saw a magnificent rainbow against a dark sky. I felt like I could reach up and touch it. Mesmerized. On the return happened to look up and the moon was bathed in yellow sunlight. I thought of you and Poppy out for a stroll and seeing the same thing. It was still the same color on my way home which was way after 10 pm.

I will start everyone off with Trivia. May be very early since I want to head to the Farmer’s Market. They have many varieties of mangos on sale this week. They have made their own salsa with habaneros and some other hot sauces as well. Your hubby would like to be here this week where everything in the market is hot hot.

By the way, Heidi’s “Boardwalk” and “Dazzling Demoiselle” have been reduced. So happens that both are in my “favorites.” Yikes !!!!!

I am absolutely heartbroken. Tony Bennett passed away today. May he R.I.P.

Hubby and I were so fortunate to help him celebrate his 90th birthday on Cape Cod under a tent.
It was a fabulous evening and over too soon. He had one of his daughters with him who also sang a few songs. It was SRO since the tent didn’t hold more than 400 seats. Each seat brought you close to the stage.

With all the cutting of the fallen trees, some should have lots of firewood for winter.
It is sad though as the trees were so old and survived so long.

It’s about 85 outside and we had some neighbors over to catch up and were outside.
Too hot for hiking or walking outside, I’ll have to wait it out.
Tomorrow’s the big day when Ms. Heidi returns. Hope she has a successful airing and what a lovely bright light she is! I hope to watch too.

I saw some sights yesterday I have never seen before. I have never seen a huge tree lay over
two different houses and total a car in the driveway it is a sight to behold. Where I live in
Oz has very large trees. Xango my area looked like a war zone. Very sad to have all the
trees destroyed by mother nature. I will forever be thankful no lives were taken. 🌹

I am doing mini projects in the house as always never a dull moment.

Hello Sheba, mother nature offers beauty and on the other side of the coin, destruction.
Storms are more and more powerful now days. So glad no live was taken and no harm to people.
I made some Brazilian cheese bread the other day. It’s great with coffee, soup, salad or just a snack. Yesterday I made chicken croquettes and a salad for dinner.

Brazil is having problems just like here and around the Planet. Floods and destruction, very cold temperatures. They are certainly feeling the Winter, as we here are feeling the Summer.

Hmm……there is an opened letter that states visiting hours are opened 24 hrs. Anyway, someone finally let me in and hubby was beside himself. I explained the situation and his remark was, “Why couldn’t I call.” I explained that the switchboard closes at 7 pm. He can call out, I cannot call in. He was really worried. So happy that he seems to be with it more and more.

Tomorrow, before noon I will again contact urology for hubby’s last test appointment. Seems no one contacted the head nurse/unit mgr. I did try calling at 4 pm. Evidently they close early on Thursdays and only work a half day on Fridays. I will also contact our primary physician tomorrow. They do not see patients on Fridays and also close at noon.. However, its’ a good time to contact the medical assistant and to bring her up to date on hubby’s progress and to make an appointment.

On the way to Costco I saw a beautiful rainbow. That area must have seen some real good rain. The road was wet and the sky above still gray. I knew things would be OK. When I parked the car there were two pennies with one head up and the other one down. The return to rehab was even more remarkable. The moon was bathed in yellow sunlight or so it seemed. I thought of you walking Poppy and enjoying the sight as well. I had the same moon in the same color on my way home. It was awesome.

I read recently where Heidi left the Canadian HSN/QVC. I just hope she stays with us. I intend to watch her show at the rehab if at all possible. I really need a good laugh and she exudes that. I also see some price reductions and this time I may purchase. Her designs are exquisite. She is definitely one of a kind. I hope she will plan on bringing more of her line to HSN for the rest of this year and into the next and next.

Great minds think alike. I was just thinking that I should fill the tank and make a trip to Costco. Hmm…hot dog sounds good. But maybe for tomorrow.

I was awakened yesterday by huge claps of thunder around 5 am. Then came the lightning that gave huge light to the room. At first I thought we were being invaded. The lightning seemed to be hitting the house next door and thankfully all I saw was the brightness. We had torrential rain following. After it was over, fell back to sleep.

I made it to the Farmer’s Market. Decided on getting just the essentials since I was going directly to Rehab. The sky was ominous. Dark clouds on the horizon and I prayed I wouldn’t get soaked as I got out of the van. I entered the Market. There was no rain, YET. I was there just about 15-20 minutes. Bought a container of strawberries, picked a few plums and peaches and then strolled over to where the fruit was cubed. Decided on a large container of watermelon and a small container of honeydew. Checked out the “food to go area,” and found a couple of Italian grinders, salads and lobster (sorry, lobsta) roll. Found a new homemade item that I could not pass up. This was cheesecake with strawberries. I bought two containers for hubby. Went to the dessert and bread area. Found Jalapeno & cheese bread and put that in the carriage for me. Also found another new item. Bars of chocolate with coconut and all kinds of nuts. I tried this last night . Sigh, delightful. A great treat. Something I will not have on a daily basis. Went to checkout and then on to see hubby.

Hubby was in bed when I arrived. He wasn’t hungry for the grinders. He said he ate his entire dinner. However, he asked for the strawberries and about an hour later wanted to try the cheesecake with strawberries. Loved the entire thing. At the end he took his finger to go around the plastic container so that there was nothing left. He was like a little kid in a candy store.

Prior to leaving for the Market, I contacted Urology and spoke with the assistant to hubby’s urologist. The person who makes the appointments was on vacation last week and she was pretty much busy when I called. However, the assistant said that we could bring someone from rehab to help hubby onto the table or bed and help him to get ready for the test. This person will return to the rehab until hubby is ready to return. Though I will be there, the person taking him back and forth will be responsible for dressing him, or rather help him into his clothes and will put him into the wheelchair. One of the things that the assistant was adamant about is that he will need to sit in a tub or in a shower for awhile. This is to override any infection that may occur afterwards. He will also be given an antibiotic following. Not sure if we get the results that day or later. This is something I will find out prior to the bladder test.

Allergy wise, it takes about 75 hours from the beginning to the end of the attack. I did feel lots better yesterday, but had another attack while visiting. I took the meds and it disappeared and so far so good today. Guess I nipped it in the bud, so to speak. (I took the actual word out thinking that HSN would leave it as a blank space)>

We had a few droplets of rain on the way to Rehab. It lasted about 10 seconds, if that. Not enough to help with the drought situation.

Love the picture of Poppy’s friend with booties. So cute. Happy that noone was hurt or a life lost during the storm. Hope the insurance companies will help with any renovations outside and with the vehicle. Take care and have a great day.

Sheba, I love those big trees that line the streets. Sad, the storm caused them to topple and yes, worse on people’s houses and cars. The picture of the Poppy look-a-like with the shoes on is so adorable.

Angel Empowerment

As we join our energy with others, we become part of something that is more powerful than the individuals within it.

There are times when we may know of someone who is in great need and wants help, but we may feel at a loss about how best to help them. It is at these times that we can ask for help in surrounding them with support and protection. Whether this means turning to an already established community, such as a service organization, or gathering support from diverse sources, a group of people can be brought together to help an individual or an entire community. It doesn’t always take money to help someone either – cooking, cleaning, driving, fundraising, or offering emotional support are all valuable and have the added benefit of the human touch. In any case, the universe sends angels in the form of willing friends or strangers to surround those in need with the warmth of compassion.

Some people may have difficulty accepting or even recognizing aid when it appears in unexpected guises, from unlikely sources. All we can do is to follow our inner guidance, give when we are moved to do so, and shine our light to the best of our ability. As we join our energy with those in the circle, we become part of something that is larger and more powerful than the individuals within it.

When we act as part of a community of service like this, we are reminded that we are not only assisting an individual or select group in the moment, but we are serving the greater good. We are creating a better world and can rest assured that help will be there for us as well. As we offer our own light to the collective glow to help someone through a time of darkness, all of our lights become brighter. We can live every day from this place of light, knowing the freedom from fear and worry that allows us to receive and share the protective and supportive light of life. AMEN! ✨✨
