Congrats to Denver, I see they are in the finals.🏀👍 I know you and the family are thrilled. On top of that is your niece’s graduation. I have a great niece in Georgia who graduates and has a party this weekend. She got a full scholarship to UGA.

Going to lunch Thursday with mom and sis while their car gets inspected. Another good Chinese place next door to the car dealership.🥡🥢 That will end up being lunch and dinner – so much food. Making a tuna casserole for dinner today. Hubs went to Sam’s this morning so right now I have tons of everything. Trying to decide if I want to have a small cookout this weekend.🍔🌭

Having a Breakdown

Having a breakdown is often the catharsis that is needed to keep our emotional life in balance.

Most of us have had the experience of holding back our emotions for such a long period of time that when they finally come out, we have something resembling a breakdown. For a certain period of time, the overwhelming flood of feelings coursing through our bodies consumes us, and we stop functioning. Often, these outbursts take us by surprise, welling up within us as we drive to or from work, watch a movie, or engage in some otherwise mundane task. We may feel like we do not know what triggered us, or if we do know, it does not make sense of our overpowering emotional response. This is because we are releasing feelings that have accumulated over a long period of time, and whatever inspired the release was just a catalyst for a much larger, much needed catharsis.

When we find ourselves in the midst of such an experience, it is important that we allow it to happen, rather than fight it or try to shut down. Wherever we are, we can try to find a private, safe place in which to let our feelings out. If we can not access such a place immediately, we can promise to set aside some time for ourselves at our earliest possible convenience, perhaps taking a day off work. The important thing is that we need to give our emotional system some much-needed attention. It is essential that we allow ourselves to release the pent-up emotions inside ourselves so that they do not create imbalances in our bodies and minds.

When you are feeling better, make a plan to find a way to process your emotions more regularly. You can do this by employing a therapist or making a regular date to talk to a trusted friend. Journaling can also be a great way to acknowledge and release your emotions, as can certain forms of meditation. Making room in your life for tending your emotions on a regular basis will keep you healthy, balanced, and ready for life. AMEN! ✨🌹

Oz has some sun today. I thank god I have a large patio with a very large umbrella and a very
comfortable seating area. I can watch Poppy run and play with his friends along the

Good morning in S. California. ✨🌹😎 All is well in the land of OZ. ✨

Taci I have never used a home test kit for Covid-19. I don’t fully trust them either.
I go to a medical clinic not far from my home. I am glad they do a routine check-up
to make sure all is well. I am in touch with my primary care doctor of 20 years.
I see her for a routine six month check up. ✨

Tonight is a great night for my family in Colorado which is all my siblings and mother
and their families. My niece will graduate from High School tonight they are filming it
for the rest of the family who lives out of State. 😘🌹✨

Taci good workout going up the mountain with hubby. I bet you were tired. 😎

I love canned food my mother use to can when I was younger and her peaches and jams
were the best. My mother was raised in the south as a child but she learned a lot from her
family. My mother can cook, sew and grown her own veggies. I can’t wait to see her
Colorado tonight she will be at my niece high school graduation. ✨🌹

Good afternoon in beautiful Florida. 😎✨🌹I hope you are still having rain.

We have rain in the forecast for a couple of days this week and I hope it happens.
My lawns, plants and flowers all grow better with the natural rain. 🌹✨

I am feeling well just waiting for the demons to leave my body. I know this thing will
never go away so masking is even more important than ever.

Today is my 17 year old niece graduation from high school. I will not be there because
I am still positive I miss my family in Colorado. My brother and his wife are doing a video
of her graduation and I have sent a lovely gift for her. My niece herself has had Covid-19 twice.
So glad she is healthy and getting ready for College. 🌹

Life moves on. Hey how is your family in Brazil are they still celebrating? I hope they are
having a great time. 😎
