Conversation – 18
Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is
number 18 out of the series. I created and started this thread 9 years ago.
I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread. ✨😎
I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please
stay safe.

@Sheba🌷🌷🌷🌷
Hello Sheba, so glad you are feeling better. I woke up with rain today. It’s good to have rain everyday, at least these few days that’s what we have been receiving.
Then the Sun comes out for a good while. Now thunder is back, and we might get more rain.
When you get a chance try to see the movie Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner, it’s a lovely, funny and interesting movie.
I found another gecko in the house, it’s the original one I first saw weeks ago. Larger, fatter. Then the other I found before. How it survived all this time I don’t know. It was still fast running, I threw a towel on top if it and scaped to a corner. Then I was able to get it and place it outside 😄.Take care Sheba 🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷💓💕

Happy National Wine Day!🍷🥂 Every single day is national something. I think we can make it whatever we want, like a wine week!!!
Ate half my lunch and brought home the rest. Mom wanted to stop at BJ’s so she bought me a tub of seafood salad.🍤 That will be dinner and the Chinese will wait until tomorrow.🥡 So, another couple no cook days for me, yay!👍
Happy you are feeling good, please stay that way.🙏 Have an extra glass of wine tonight to celebrate, can’t hurt.🍷 I will propose a toast to you later.🤗🥂💖

Hi and a great afternoon to you. I am running very late because of some itches that I have no idea where they came from. My body has red blotches all over and I ended up taking two Benedryl. The itches actually felt like prickly heat. I am now wonering if it’s the soap powder I use in the wash. I will be redoing a load with new powder.
We have had two days with thunder storms. Yesterday was a huge one and hubby had the biggest smile when he saw me. He was in another room and the head nurse brought him . I usually do not drive during a thunder and lighting event. But I made an exception yesterday. Left when the room became too cold for me. That was after 9:15 pm. Just before leaving hubby remarked that he was going with me. He forgot he hasn’t walked in sometime due to the swelling of his knee and it being very painful. I mentioned that he would have to be able to get into the van without help and to be able to go up the three steps to enter the home. When he could do that, he can return home. I think he needs an incentive.
He skipped a meal, but thankfully, I brought him a chocolate shake to offset the non eating. I told him to try it and to let me know what he thought. I do know he loves the one from the Farmer’s Market. And speaking of that, will now shower and dress and be on my way there. He asked for an Italian grinder. I will not disappoint.
By the way, I did major damage to my credit card with Heidi Daus. Huge sale on her website. Need I say more??? 😎😎😎🧨🎉🎉🎁🎁

Expanding Your Comfort Zone
Your current comfort zone has served you, but it represents your behaviors and patterns from your past.
None of us are born with a guidebook that provides explicit rules for thought and behavior that will enable us to navigate life successfully. To cope with the myriad of complexities to which all of humanity is subject, we each develop a set of habits and routines that ground us, their continuity assuring us that life is progressing normally. Most of us know, whether instinctively or by experience, that transformations can be uncomfortable, but we always learn and gain so much. Any initial discomfort we experience when expanding our comfort zones diminishes gradually as we both become accustomed to change and begin to understand that temporary discomfort is a small price to pay for the evolution of our soul.
Your current comfort zone did, at one time, serve a purpose in your life. But it is representative of behaviors and patterns of thought that empowered you to cope with challenges of days past. Now, this comfort zone does little to facilitate the growth you wish to achieve in the present. Leaving your comfort zone behind through personal expansion of any kind can prepare you to take the larger leaps of faith that will, in time, help you refine your purpose. Work your way outward at your own pace, and try not to let your discomfort interfere with your resolve. With the passage of each well-earned triumph, you will have grown and your comfort zone will have expanded to accommodate this evolution.
Whether your comfort zone is living with your parents, or perhaps being too shy to socialize, or maybe it’s not realizing your spirit self—whatever it is, start small, and you will discover that venturing beyond the limited comfort zone you now cling to is not as stressful an experience as you imagined it might be. And the joy you feel upon challenging yourself in this way will nearly always outweigh your discomfort. As you continue to expand your comfort zone to include new ideas, activities, goals, and experiences, you will see that you are capable of stimulating change and coping with the fresh challenges that accompany it. AMEN! 🌹😎✨
