Hi and a good evening. Yes, it was a busy day. I didn’t do any work outside or indoors. Rested a bit this morning and then showered and went to Sam’s for gas and then on to the Farmer’s Market. Dark clouds were on the horizon and I surmise it would rain an hour later. I was surprised at the long lines for gas at Sam’s and then as I got a bit closer, discovered that a few of their tanks were out of service. Not good for a busy weekend. Gas at Sam’s was $3.15. I found out later that Costco was two cents less. Then again, I promised hubby an Italian grinder,l so this was closer and then it was an easy turn to head for the Farmer’s Market.

The market was jammed packed when I arrived. Parking was almost non existent. As I mentioned to hubby, I had to park in the thrid balcony. It meant a long walk, but it was worth it. I was actually running late and gave myself a half hour to accomplish everything. Well, I almost made it. I was 15 minutes over the limit. But I did get everything on the list and then some.

Hubby was in the wheelchair. Looked good. He had a haircut and someone shaved him. However, he now has a mustache and a beard. I also noticed that he had not been eating that well. I could tell he was low in sugar because his brain wasn’t working that well. By the time I left, he started to come out of it. This is why as tired as I am or as sick I may feel, I show up. I need to see that he has at least one good meal. Funny, I had left not only snacks from a few days ago but also supplements when he didn’t eat. Guess the nurses didn’t bother to open the cans. Normally he has no problem with this. It’s a twist on bottle cap. However, the aluminum foil that goes around the inside could be troublesome without a fork or knife to dislodge that part. He said the dinner was awful,l but he had a bit. He was happy to see I brought fresh fruit. I left him the strawberries, grapes and peaches. Before I left, I made sure that they were washed.
Now that I’m home, I can sit back and relax.

I never made it to the Rehab yesterday. I had the itches from H-ll. Both inside and out. Rashes galore. I must have eaten something with sulfites and for the life of me I cannot think of what it could have been. Then again, it does not need to be listed if it’s under a certain amount. Oh well. I’m Ok now. The shower this afternoon really helped. I used soap with sulfur and that took the itch right out. I also use a special cream which I bought from Amazon and a back scratcher since hubby wasn’t around. He apologized as I left. Well, he has the last procedure on Wednesday for the look see and the appointment with the urologist on the 8th to hear the prognosis. I just hope everything is OK and he will not need surgery. I do not know the time we have to be there on Wednesday. I will be told either Monday or Tuesday. Hubby will go from rehab and I will leave from our home. I will leave enough time for making the wrong moves.
That’s it for now. Hope you, hubby and poppy along with your kids have a great weekend. Me. I think I will make a bowl of soup. I had a chicken salad sandwich at rehab. I make sure I eat with hubby.

Choose Love

Make all decisions from pure love and the world will change.

Love is often presented as the opposite of fear, but true love is not opposite anything. True love is far more powerful than any negative emotions, as it is the environment in which all things arise. Negative emotions are like sharks swimming in the ocean of love. All things beautiful and fearful, ugly and kind, powerful and small, come into existence, do their thing, and disappear within the context of this great ocean. At the same time, they are made of the very love in which they swim and can never be separated. We are made of this love and live our whole lives at one with it, whether we know it or not.

It is only the illusion that we are separate from this great love that causes us to believe that choosing anything other than love makes sense or is even possible. In the relative, dualistic world of positive and negative, darkness and light, male and female, we make choices and we learn from them. This is exactly what we are meant to be doing here on earth. Underlying these relative choices, though, is the choice to be conscious of what we are, which is love, or to be unconscious of it. When we choose to be conscious of it, we choose love. We will still exist in the relative world of opposites and choices and cause and effect, and we will need to make our way here, but doing so with an awareness that we are all made of this love will enable us to be more playful, more joyful, more loving and wise, as we make our way. Ultimately, the choices we make will shed light on the love that makes us all one, enabling those who have forgotten to return to the source.

This world makes it easy to forget this great love, which is part of why we are here. We are here to remember and, when we forget to remember again, to choose love. AMEN! ✨✨🌹

I am doing great finally tested negative for Covid-19 this has been a journey. I value my
health more than ever now. 🌹

Are you cooking and baking for the long weekend? Hubby and I will fix some food on
the Patio. My husband is the BBQ King and I have no problem with that. I do the sides
I will make a good southern style Potato Salad with one of my Aunt’s recipe. ✨💕

I miss my family I will go and put flowers on my father’s grave this weekend. My emotions
are stirred every time I visit this is out of love. 💕

Xango in the last three years I have battled so many deaths including my father, cancer
and now Covid-19 I need a break. 🌹✨
