Hello Sheba, woke up to huge blasts of thunder. Thunder after thunder, and then it stopped and no rain. Everything dry again, the plants need water. Will have to wait until tomorrow.
I did see the bunny both yesterday and today. We had the people come by and cut the grass yesterday. It was on Thursdays, now they changed it to Tuesdays.

I forgot to mention how beautiful the full Moon was this month. Between 2AM and 3AM it comes across the bathroom window. It lights up the bathroom with two streaks of light.
How is your garden coming along? Years ago I purchased a butterfly bush from either QVC or HSN, funny I can’t remember from which. Each year it gives me flowers, but not so much. This year that butterfly bush is producing such beautiful flowers, more than any other year. It smells so sweet and very colorful, hues of purple, pink, and blue.

Hope you are having a good Wednesday. Ran to just two places today, nothing like the last few days. Meeting mom and sis tomorrow to get nails done and then lunch.💅🍝

Another gorgeous day, mid 70s and no humidity, although the whole state is getting the smoke/haze from the wild fires in Canada. Tomorrow is a high alert day for air quality.😮 We may finally get a little rain on Friday to blow this away.🌧

I thought I would stop everything and drop in to say Hi. I found hubby in the TV room yesterday. He calls it the Living Room. There were a few people there and I was happy to see he was having a conversation. The guys were watching “The Wheel” and then followed by “Jeopardy.”I’m trying to get him interested in “Jeopardy.” Tons of brain questions. He loved it when I answered correctly. It was fun.

No new meds were delivered when I arrived yesterday. However, one of the nurses mentioned that they knew the one that was needed and it would be delivered either that evening or first thing in the am. He will need to be on this pill for five days. I still do not know what time his procedure is scheduled for a week from today. I’m leaving the entire day opened, so I’m good.

Hubby was good yesterday and I stayed almost to 9:45 pm. His roommate did not like the idea that I was driving by myself at that hour. He mentioned I should keep the cell handy just in case. Not a bad idea. However, at that hour, no traffic. Just the 8 traffic lights to contend with.

I will be heading out shortly. Going to make a couple of stops on my way to the rehab. One is definitely Lowes. Talk to you later.

Chakra Clearing Exercise

Just as the spaces we inhabit need to be cleared of clutter, our energetic fields must also be cleared of the old.

Just as the physical spaces we inhabit require that we clear them periodically of clutter, the energetic fields that are a vital part of our being must also be cleared of old thoughts, energy, and emotions. Clearing your chakras and your aura restores and strengthens your connection to yourself and your divine inner wisdom. Unfettered by energetic baggage masquerading as fear, pain, and self-hatred, your consciousness is once again free to grow. If you find the thought of clearing your energy fields disconcerting, simply think of it as cleansing the energy that surrounds you and releasing any stagnancy. You may not be able to see the results of your efforts, but you will experience a lightness of being and clarity of mind.

You can begin by sitting or lying down on a comfortable surface. Take a series of deep breaths and allow your soul to connect with Mother Earth and the vast expanse of the Universe. Visualize your first chakra, situated near the tailbone, and a valve opening there, much like a faucet. Imagine a cord dropping from your tailbone deep into Mother Earth and let everything that is stagnant within you flow through it. Let go of old energy, inactive thoughts, and anything else that no longer serves you. Ask the earth to accept what you are offering by turning this old energy into light. Continue to let old energy drain out of you until you feel like you’ve released all your energetic baggage. When you are done, imagine the valve closing. Before moving on to clear your next chakra, let vibrant terracotta-colored light travel up from the earth and through the cord into your first chakra. Repeat this process with all seven of the body’s chakras. The second chakra is orange, the third is yellow, the fourth is green, the fifth is blue, the sixth is indigo and the seventh is violet. Afterward, visualize your crown chakra, the seventh chakra, and draw beautiful, golden-white light flowing from the universe down through the top of your head. Release any worries or fears that you have been holding on to. Draw this light into your aura and enjoy the feeling of peace it brings.

To finish clearing your energy and ensure that you have rid yourself of the last vestiges of clutter, take a bath infused with one cup apple cider vinegar, one cup Epsom salt, and one cup sea salt. After completing this exercise, be sure to thank Mother Earth and the universe for their help.
