Yes, I did the recycle today. I mean yesterday. Not enough for the garbage collection. I will do that on Monday. I did make a stop at Costco. Picked up a couple of their small coolers which also come with an ice pak and a container. This will fit nicely into the cart. Hubby wants ice cream and this will serve that purpose. I think I spent over 3 hours in the warehouse. Gosh, time sure flies when you are having fun. Also filled the gas tank. Gas at Costco was $3.13/gal.. On my way to the Rehab, the gas stations were $3.11. On my way home gas was $3.45. YIKES, what a difference.

Hubby is now able to sit up by himself and dangle his feet over the edge of the bed. His dementia seems only to flair when his sugar is low. Now I wonder if I hit on something as to a cause. Something to think about. Yes, I brought hubby a hotdog and soda. I use empty plastic water bottles for the soda so it does not spill. I ordered a Caesar salad instead. Enough left over for two meals.

Sorry you had to hear my tirade on Tropicana, I did need to vent. However, what I wrote is absolutely true. The aroma coming from the plant is really bad. What I didn’t say, is that the oranges, I mean the juice, sits on a shelf for approximately six months before it is sent to the markets. Hubby used to drink this like it was going out of style. According to the urologist, it’s the one thing that can hurt both the bladder and the kidneys. Of course it isn’t only the orange juice, it’s also all citrus fruits whether fresh, concentrate or juice on the shelf.

With hubby being able to sit up by himself, means I won’t be straining the back muscles. It will just be a helpful maneuver either to a wheelchair or the walker. I think he realized this seeing me bent over because of my back. Cannot wait to get him home.

Today, I need to make quite a few stops. Dollar and a Quarter Tree, Aldi’s and Lowes. I saw a couple of plants at Lowes that will attract both a butterfly and hummingbird. It just seems that there aren’t enough hours in a day to do everything.

Unlike xango, we have seen no rain. Very muggy tonight. Humidity is over 86%, We have had the clouds, but nothing happens. Have a great Friday. Will get Trivia started a bit early. Hope to be home to joun everyone at a secent time. I really do not enjoy driving alone late at night..

Hey I had a Egg Spinach Pita from Starbucks I had errands to do and had to pick up
things for Poppy. My boy is going to get groomed on Saturday. Poppy is beautiful getting
all spiffy. 😘🌹

It feels good to get out and about especially with all I have been through. ✨

I will not look back and I am moving it forward. It’s life that is all I can say.

I will have labs done next week and a six month planned visit to my Primary Care Physician
This is one appointment I want over one and done especially after Covid-19 I want to make
sure everything is alright. My faith will get me there. ✨

I wish I could have fresh bread and coffee with you and I know it will be great. Hey turn on
the A/C ours is on I have it on a setting that I don’t have to change too often.

I love your spices that takes talent to grow them properly. I am going to take a Perlier Shower
I have the huge black gallon of the honey. My skin feels like a baby because as part of my
diet I use Andrew Lessman’s Phytoceramides love this and many in the HSN Community use
this supplement. I have used it for over seven years all I do is put on a moisture after my shower
and I am good to go.

Gorgeous flowers, love the peach tones. Went with mom and sis today and I got a peach color on my toes.💅 Wanted a light summer color. Last time I got a light purple/lilac for spring and my husband said it looked like I had a disease on my toes, lol!😂

Nothing planned for tomorrow, hoping to stay home one day this week. Need to catch up on laundry/cleaning/mail. I’m sure hubs will hit the golf course or range.🏌️‍♂️ The cabin in Minnesota sounds wonderful. With your big family, you have many great places to visit.

Hello Sheba, how are all those projects coming along today?
We have a bit of a large down pour but only for a moment. Didn’t last long, must of been a cloud passing by. I’ll take it, at least the plants got a drink of water.

I just finished making hubby a spinach omelet. Farm fresh eggs the Yolks are so orange and vibrant. Sautéed a little onion, then the spinach and garlic. Two eggs, a splash of milk, a pinch of oregano, thyme, Rosemary, salt and saffron.
I just had me some afternoon coffee, which is rare for me. I usually have only one cup of coffee a day. But I felt like having some coffee and bread. Later I might heat me something for a late dinner.
It’s hot here, 87 out there right now and it’s 6:30PM. How is your air quality, have your area been affected by the fires in Canada?

Try to come to your own conclusions before seeking the guidance of others, and even then, treat their suggestions as supplementary information rather than votes to be tallied. Before making your choice, release your fear of making the wrong one. Perceived mistakes can lead you down wonderful and unexpected paths that expose you to life-changing insights. If you can let go of the notion that certain choices are utterly right while others are entirely wrong, you will be less tempted to invite others to take the reins of your destiny.

When your choices are your own, you will be more likely to accept and be satisfied with the outcome of those choices. Your decisions will be a pure reflection of your desires, your creativity, your awareness, and your power. My family is a sports family and they do this on any given Sunday during Football season
and they don’t always cheer for Colorado. The family have many teams they support.

One of my brothers is on his way to Minnesota with his family they are going to a family
Cabin up in the woods of Minnesota off a Lake. ✨I tell you that is one of our mother’s favorite
spots. I love Minnesota too but I like the Mountains of Colorado the most. 😎😘
