Hello Sheba, Happy 9th Year Anniversary for this marvelous thread.👏👏👏👏👏
I have a confession to make. I started going into this thread and reading it’s post just to see if I could find some information on Oodiebom. When Oodie and her husband went North and I didn’t know what was going on I thought maybe there’s some information on there. That’s when and how I learned Oodiebom’s husband was ill and in a hospital/rehab in Georgia.
After that, I realized what this thread was all about. Because I would only go into the Arcade to play games or and order merchandise and play Trivia. I am glad to have found your thread.❤️

I know Charlie is fresh in your memory, he was quite a lovable cat. We had another beautiful sunset today. The pinks and Oranges colors across the sky, gorgeous!

A rainy, windy miserable day in the ‘burgh.🌧🌪 Went with mom and sis again to the church fish fry. Guess that will be our Friday staple until Easter.

Congrats on your anniversary of this thread.✨ Wasn’t there at the beginning but have been around for a while. You do one excellent job and your dedication is phenomenal.👍 Love all the pics, sayings and jokes. I so appreciate all your work and look forward to chatting each day. Sorry you feel overlooked here. I think many people have left HSN or just do not post anymore. I think your thread gets read though.
I know you are missing Charlie.
This morning I worked on organizing my closet. I have been slowly thinning out items and re-working the space. Have been collecting a few donation bags from the house. When the time comes to move, I will be ready. However, no one else in my house will be. I am the only one doing this. Oh, and I have not received my passport yet. I check on a status for it and know the check was cashed but all I can do is wait.

The Terminix man was here just a few minutes ago and took the critter away. Now I will thoroughly clean the kitchen, but not before changing clothes and going to see hubby. I spoke to our doctor’s assistant today because hubby thinks he has to use the bathroom (there is one in his room) and is causing some problems. I was scared to death and the assistant said he was in good hands and to let them handle it. What he tries to do is to remove the catheter and that is causing some issues. I have a feeling that they may have to keep in bed which is not a good thing. They are still not sure what is causing the problem and I have not heard anything concerning the urologist appointment. I am hoping that I will have some answers this afternoon.

I did manage to see our neighbor across the street. He is the one that is a contractor and I handed him the corsage p[ant that is in a huge box. So far everyone loves it. This is the one from Costco that I think TACI mentioned last year. It not only looks real, but feels it as well. I recently purchased one for myself and thought at the time it would make a lovely gift, and it does. So, for now. I’m all set.

If you have some good pictures of Charlie, you may want to make one or two a bit large and have it framed for yourself and one for his parents. I think Shoelady enjoys the one of Jake on the canvas. It’s just a thought. Better yet, just go to Homegoods or Tuesday Morning and take a look at their frames and see what you can come up with.

Well, it’s almost 2 pm and I need to get going. I think on the way home if it isn’t too late, I will pick up some Asian food to go. Not sure about Trivia, but will try to get there. I do need to work on the kitchen now that the critter is gone. Hopefully, I don’t have anymore lingering around. Maybe I should get a kittie and a doggie. 😃😃😃😃

You Are Beautiful

Many of us do not take the time to notice and acknowledge how beautiful we are as humans.

We may be great lovers of beauty, seeing it in the people, places, and things around us, while completely missing it in ourselves. Some of us feel that it is vain to consider our appearance too much, or we may find that when we look at ourselves, all we see are imperfections. Often we come to the mirror with expectations and preconceived notions about beauty that blind us from seeing ourselves clearly. As a result, we miss the beauty that is closest to us, the beauty we are. Sometimes we see our beauty in a shallow way, noticing how well we are conforming to social norms, but failing to see the deeper beauty that shines out from within and that will continue to shine regardless of how we measure up to society’s ideal.

If we can cut through all these obstacles and simply appreciate how beautiful we are, we free up so much energy. We also become less dependent upon the opinions and feedback of others since we become our own greatest admirers. Many of us know that after a great yoga practice or a long, deep meditation, we are more able to see how beautiful we are. This is because we have released some of our baggage, thus unburdening ourselves and summoning forth the spirit that dwells within us. It is the heady combination of the divine spirit and the human body that conveys beauty more accurately than anything else.

To keep ourselves in touch with our own beauty, we can surround ourselves with images that reflect our beauty back to us—photos of a relative or child who has our eyes, images of teachers who embody spirit, or self-portraits that capture our essence in a way that allows us to see ourselves anew. The best way to keep ourselves in touch with our own beauty is to keep looking deeply into our own souls and opening our eyes to the human being we see in the mirror every day. AMEN! ✨✨🌹

Good afternoon in the ‘burgh. 💕😘 Thank you for remembering Charlie it has been one
week since he left. I miss him so much.

Anyway Oz is raining and Mr. Poppy goes to his little spot in the backyard he does not mind
a little rain just as long as it is not a downpour.

Mama Bear stands in the Indoor Patio Room and watch him. This weekend hubs and I are
going to get up some of those awful gum balls. So far Poppy does not have any on him.

in the community. I appreciate you taking note of the Month I started this thread and have
worked to make it positive and uplifting this thread is not for everyone and most have told

Very sad what is going on in the Community I will most all the Hosts leaving HSN. I do not
know the Hosts on the Q. I feel for anyone who is losing a job.

Glad hubs is up on the roof just be careful. I did enjoy Heidi Daus and Lynn Murphy yesterday
just like ole times. 😎Good thing you got your Passport as many are not getting them quick

Xango this day is exactly one week that Charlie passed. I did talk with his mother
and I sent her a picture of him on my Indoor Patio Chair she loved it. 💕
We both miss him.
