Love the rainbows. My good luck charm. It is already in the mid 80s here and I turned the A/C on to keep the food cool. I used 3 large freezer bags for the items in the freezer with a freezer oaj ub eacg, I tossed quite a few things out and some I question. Not taking any chances. I want as many things done, kaput, by the time hubby is ready to return home.

I am taking a breather. The new frig arrived just about 10 minutes ago and I absolutely love it. I purchased a Whirlpool prior which started freezing everything and the outside looked horrid. The Whirlpool was only 6 yrs. old. I’m hoping this one will last longer. It is also larger. The Whirlpool was 18 cu ft. The new one 19.2. It’s about an inch taller. The plastic inserts on the new is made better. The upper, freezer portion has a plastic holder on the door instead of a pole. This one will definitely keep the smaller things from falling out. It’s a single door since our kitchen is quite small. I will take pictures using the Kindle and will show hubby. I did send word that I wasn’t sure if I would show, but, I think I will get the frig things in and the freezer items should be OK since there are freezer paks in each of the bags. My GE electric oven is fantastic. The one at the Cape uses Natural gas and when we left we again had two burners not working. I am thinking seriously thinking about a GE for that house as well as changing to electric. This is by far the best stove I have ever purchased. The one in Ct. and the Cape are Maytags. Funny, the same burners on each are not working. The one in Ct. is electric. to think I purchased this “baby” sight unseen. Saw it online and was able to do a comparison with others.

I think I will try to put a couple of things together and take a ride to see hubby. But prior will put the refrigerator items away. If I get a chance will write again later. Hope to find out that hubby has an upcoming urologist appointment. He so wants to be home. And, yes, at least a 2 wk cruise is what we are aiming for. One week is OK, but as soon as you unpack you have to do the repack all over again. That, to me, takes away from being pampered and spoiled. Have a

Sounds like you are having a great spring day just like us.🌷 Sunny and 70, it will be 80 by mid week.🌞 Some showers here and there and a couple strong storms.

I did not change anything in the bathroom.🚽 My colors are white, gray and black and I only wanted to paint the white so it would look clean. I hate washing walls, never looks clean enough for me, and always looks streaky so I paint. I have so many black, white and gray towels that will Iast me forever.🛁 When I changed the colors, I think I bought towels in every store I entered.

Like you, I have windows and the sliding door open today. The golf season started, husband went to the driving range for a few hours.🏌️‍♂️ Sis good, going to mom’s tomorrow. Blowing fresh air kisses to you and Poppy.🥰💖

Bear Medicine

We can incorporate bear energy into our lives by remembering to take time to go inward, to rest and rejuvenate in daily mini hibernations.

When the image of a bear enters our consciousness, we may first notice their size, strength, and power, but beyond their physical attributes lay many traits that can guide us deeper into our experience of life. Their abilities as hunters and powerful protectors of their loved ones are well known, but you may also envision them on a quest for variety as they seek out the flavors and scents of the world, first fishing, then enjoying berries, or braving angry bees to indulge in honey. But their hidden strength lies in the bear’s ability to travel between the physical and spiritual worlds, a talent that is recognized all around the world by those who live in harmony with nature.

One way that bears access their inner world is during hibernation when they find a safe and womb-like environment to let their physical bodies rest while their spirit travels. They travel through time, mentally digesting and learning from their experiences, but they also travel beyond the realm of mind and body into the dreamtime, where they are able to be rejuvenated by the source of all life. In this sacred space, they are connected to physical, mental, and spiritual realms all at once and can find the balance that they need to reenter world.

Polar bears don’t enter a deep state of hibernation like other bears, but instead fluidly cross between realms on the physical plane as well the spiritual. Their reflective, translucent fur makes them difficult to see as they move across the frozen ice, blending into terrain covered with snow, making them seem like they are shimmering between dimensions. They move as easily in water as on land, agile and able in both worlds. They can remind us that we are one with our environment, inseparable from it. They teach us that while we can take time apart to connect with spirit, we can also carry that awareness with us as we move through life, making the spiritual indistinguishable from the material. By aligning ourselves with bear energy, we fully embody the best of all worlds. AMEN! ✨✨

change the towels and etc. that are in the bath? I have all the windows up in all my bathrooms

I have the bedrooms windows open as well all I can say is welcome Spring I do not want
to use the heat or A/C for at least two months. All I want is fresh clean air. 💕
