Oodi, glad you saw the note. There are protein drinks for those with kidney issues and Andrew Lessman also sells Secure meal replacements, I sent my Mother snacks once and sent Trader Joe’s Cheese and crackers from CA in a thermal bag with cold packs and it arrived just fine and it made her happy.

Great minds certainly think alike. I was pondering with the idea of Boost or a very healthy protein drink. I will mention this to the night head nurse who I think is a great person. Have a nice hike. Watch out for those coyotes and other beasts.

Sheba, hope you and Poppy had a great walk. The Faberge Eggs are beautiful!
Today I hiked with a very chatty friend, and she is very interesting.
The ducks were coming by me for food and I didn’t have any so offered up some nuts and no they didn’t want them. I have to get some duck feed.
You’re such an influencer….haha, the Nakery products you look good. I might have to take a look next.

I am just trying to get to the bottom of my sinus issue. I went to an ENT a couple of years
ago and he wanted to break a bone up in my nasal cavity and build something there.
I was told there would be a lot of bleeding and it may not help at all. I told them flat out
NO!

Our weather change so fast it made my head spin. We were in the 80’s yesterday and we
work up to 24 degrees that is a bit much. So my body and a lot of people’s body are playing
catch up. Shizzle!!

and he improves overall so he can go home.

I should have the results on Friday and I will see my doctor I just want to be sure it’s not

Good evening. So sorry you are not feeling well. Maybe you should have some chicken soup with Matzo balls and whatever else you would like. Or a cup of tea with Manuka honey .

It is very warm here with temps in the mid 80s with no humidity. No rain in sight, though I have read that the Gulf stream will be changing soon and that may help us somewhat. I probably will hear from Lowes either tomorrow or Friday saying that the vinyl floor is in and also the vanity. However, may end up cancelling if I don’t hear from the person who will be doing the renovation. I am hoping he is on vacation and will get in touch with me next week. I am also debating whether I should go for a smaller vanity. Not sure if the larger unit will let me open the doors to the linen cabinet which needs to be ordered. I may s till order it since I may be able to use it at the Cape if not in Florida.

Hubby was good yesterday. I did not see him today . Working on taxes. From three things missing, I am now down to only one missing. It has to be in one of the many boxes that I need to go through. When found I will be able to drive to the Post Office. After will make a stop at the Farmer’s Market and may try a take out of dim sum. There’s a Dim S um place not far from the Farmer’s Market. Will take the Interstate from this location and see hubby. We met with a person yesterday who has patients that are not eating. My hubby is now skin and bones and wants home in the worst way. However, I mentioned if he doesn’t start eating the three meals he would not be strong enough to climb three steps into the house. Nor would he have the energy to go room to room. I am trying everything I can to get him to eat something. Ok, strawberries are good, but he also needs protein. Last night’s dinner was two slices of white bread, one slice of turkey cut thin, carrots, one scoop of mashed potatoes on top of the bread. I brought a chicken leg and fruit salad. He ate the fruit salad. Did not want the chicken leg. Today I went to Aldi’s. Picked up cheese cake. It may be very fattening, but I figure I can get him to eat his dinner first and then using the cheesecake as a b ribe.

Saw the moon tonight. Missed the beginning, however it was still pretty in white. Enjoy your evening. I would let Poppy out to his favorite tree. Hope you feel better in the morning. Take care and stay safe. Back to looking for that one sheet of info.

Hello Sheba, I always love your Faberge eggs each year.
I am sorry you are not feeling well. A change in weather does make your body feel different. I hope you feel better soon, warm weather returns, and your labs comes back well. Please just take it easy, I know it’s hard for a Leo to do that, but do try and take it slow.
I did make some bread last night, the recipe was for a large loaf (500 grams of bread flour) . I divided into two smaller loafs, one round and one oblong. Baked them on a pizza stone, they came out wonderful,

We are still under a no burn alert, and no rain.
