Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is
number 18 out of the series. I created and started this thread 9 years ago.
I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread. ✨😎
I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please

This is just a daunting day period. I am sorry you are going through so much.
Are they weighing your husband is he up and trying to walk? Do they just
let him lay there all day? I would get some answers one way or another.Your husband should not be losing weight if he is on a healthy diet. I am glad you are

Navel Meditation
Navel meditation can be done by a beginner as you focus your breath on your belly and your breathing.
Journeys of lifelong evolution often begin simply. No matter how complex the goal or desire we have nurtured in our souls, the first steps we take are nearly always basic and uncomplicated. Navel meditation, a creation of the Taoist tradition and the oldest form of meditation recognized in China and India, is a simple practice suitable for those experienced in the art of mediation, yet it is also a wonderful introductory meditation for novices. It utilizes the natural rhythms of the breath and the regular movement of the abdomen as a means to focus awareness and rid oneself of extraneous thoughts. As you concentrate on the breath, the chaos within reveals itself, allowing you to gently train your mind to accept stillness as its natural state.
To begin, assume a comfortable and natural seated position—either cross-legged on a cushion on the floor or on a chair with your legs facing forward. Maintaining an upright, balanced posture will ensure that you are physically centered and prevent fatigue. Close your eyes and relax your body gradually, starting at the toes and ending at the crown of the head. Take a moment to note any physical sensations you are feeling, such as the hardness of the floor under your legs or the weight of a piece of jewelry. When you are relaxed, breathe through the nose at your natural pace. With each inhalation, draw air deep into the abdomen, allowing the area surrounding your navel to rise and fall. Gradually focus your attention on the sensations caused by the inhalation and exhalation of breath. Feel the air flowing in and out of the nostrils as well as the expansion and contraction of the abdomen. If you find it difficult to concentrate on both sensations, concentrate only the movement of the navel area.
As you endeavor to commune with the breath, you may notice that your mind strays. When this occurs, do not attach any significance to your thoughts. Simply bring your attention back to the flow of air into and out of your body and the rise and fall of your navel. Eventually, the torrent of mental noise flooding your mind will slow to a trickle, and you will learn to control the current of your thoughts until you are no longer at the mercy of your reactions. The more you practice this meditation, daily if possible, the more you will be able to get back to this relaxed state easily throughout your day. AMEN! ✨✨

Oodie I had the Telly on for a minute and such tragic news a female teen killed three students
and three adults in a Nashville School. I am trying to wrap my head around this. Prayers
to all the families affected.Enjoy your shopping and your visit with your husband I would like to know how he is doing
today and may you get some answers to your questions concerning his health. I would keep
my eyes on that hospital (rehab).Take your time today and be careful.

Terminix showed and took away a critter. I will not be contacting them again because this is another charge for the same situation. Now the tech tells me they could have sealed the lanai. Hmm…..why wasn’t this stated weeks ago???? I will never never recommend them. However, it was easier for them to do the job than for me and hubby. The interior person will be here sometime this week to repair the area and to check the pipes. I am now having an issue with the sink in that one area clogs. That’s the one side that has the insinkerator which I may have permanently taken out. Will just have to be careful when it’s garbage day.
This time I contacted a different urology group and left a message. I may return to also leave an e-mail. I cannot have him in bed all day and also not getting any stimulation. This place is not helping. Maybe it’s because our insurance is not covering any longer. I will look into this today. It’s times like this that I cannot wait to return North where we have better physicians and can get through to a receptionist for an appointment. GRRR/////
There is a ton of bad news everyday. Kids as young as six have been finding loaded guns which they take to school. One such youngster shot a teacher and could care less. That teacher is still in rehab. Also Spring Break in Miami is heating up where it may be cancelled. I have no idea if the same is occurring on the Gulf coast. Very sad what is going on with gun violence and also road rage. Enough said.
To change the su bject. In MSN shorts there is a video of a cat that does similar things like Charlie. Does not look like Charle because he is a Tuxedo kitty. From the time the neighbors moved in this cat has joined them. Stays all day and leaves around 4pm or so. When he returns he looks for the husband. When they are not home he waits for them in a hiding spot. He sometimes stays the night. They found out who his owners are and they keep in touch daily. So cute and it gave me a smile.
I will be bringing a care package to hubby. Took out a steak and will add a baked potato and a little salad. I do have some fruit and also ice cream. However, I may mix some sour cream and blueberries with Dragon Fruit for dessert. I will do anything to make him eat. He is skin and bones and I am worried sick.
