Hi and a good Friday afternoon. I guess you are having a storm or something came up. Whatever the reason, I just hope you are OK along with hubby and poppy.

I stopped at Costco yesterday and managed to purchase the hotdogs and soda. You can now ask for onions at pickup. They come in a covered container which I will use for ketchup and mustard while my hubby is in rehab and also on the road when we are out and about.

Hubby is showing signs that he is on the mend. Oh gosh, how I laughed yesterday and almost ended on the floor. I had asked if he had eaten his dinner and he replied he had. One of the nurse’s happened to walk by and saw me unloading things from a tote and freezer bag. She mentioned that neither one had eaten their dinner. I gave hubby a look and he replied, “I did try the meal, it was awful, now can I have a hotdog????” His roommate was doing a jigsaw while hubby was watching the news. I was astonished when he mentioned the news items from 3 or 5 days ago and the ones he was watching at the time. The knee still bothers him, but he is now able to move the leg around. It’s a slow process, but the fact that he can move it, tis a good sign and I will take it. I have no idea what to bring as a care package today. I may stop at Culver’s but the amount of carbs scares me. Just may bring some frozen custard instead and hope that the guys have eaten something. Then again, if not. I have van will travel.

I guess you can say we are having a heat wave in May. Temps are now in the low 90x. Humidity is low at 66% but it still could climb. Thunderstorms this afternoon. Not sure if that will happen. I have no aches or pains. Well, it’s late in the day. Think I will take a shower and leave. Not sure on Trivia. This week I have been staying past 9pm because our conversations have taken a good turn. Just hope it stays and gets better and better. The last couple of days have been seeing my hubby as he was a few months ago. Ok a year ago. ‘Have a wonderful day and evening. If I am back before Trivia ends, will say hello.

Good evening Oz will be having some rain again tomorrow. I love it everything smells
so clean and fresh.

My flowers grow really well with all that rain. 😎I have no idea what the plans are
for Mother’s Day I am sure there will be a surprise or two. 🌹✨

Hey we have baby squirrels who are very tiny falling out of trees on my block.

My word mother nature is awesome. ✨✨ The black cat is out and about and keeps
coming back to the front porch and I love it. ✨✨ I think things should be back to normal
concerning the techs. ✨ I am wishing you a great mother’s day weekend and I hope
hubby and son treat you well. I will not be cooking that is all I know. 💕

Sheba, glad you’re ok and have no damage.
Wish we had another rain storm. I think I have become a cooler climate person.
We have been overcast which is nice.

Today a nice couple stopped me on the trail to warn me about all the caterpillers dangling from the Trees. I wore my hat and zip up light jacket for protection. They are dangling from thin thread-like lines from trees and climbing them. Everywhere. So that’s nature 🙂
