I am used to praying, too. We are alike, I went to a Catholic grade school and an all girl Catholic high school. In my house, you had to be 90% dead to miss mass on Sunday.

Those cupcakes for the kids look good.

My son worked during the day and was home by dinner time. Today I decorated a little. Just ordered one of the Marcy McKenna beauty cases in rose gold for my Mother and in black for me. My Mother said 2 more had Covid there and has been inside too much for her personality. She is getting stuff done at home. I think this case will help her and hope she uses it when going out for the day, plus it’s a hard cover. It’s easy for her to lose things when going out.

I am sorry to hear that I pray he makes a full recovery. I went to an all girl Catholic School
I am used to praying.

We are putting up the Christmas Tree now. Lights are everywhere. The whole block is
almost finish just trying to bring a little cheer.

I also have some of those flameless candles and they are very handy. I gave my SIL, neighbor and mail lady those a few years back. I found really pretty ones in Home Goods for my fireplace. They are three different lengths, I think 24, 30 and 36 inches that run from a remote with colors, flickers and solid flames. I rarely burn wood so they are a nice complement.

I ordered some Philosophy body wash, shampoo, bubble bath. Very useable, just hope they smell nice. Will probably add either a candle or some hand cream, which we all can use after this year with our hands like brillo pads.

Took me all day to try to get through all the ads in the paper and online. Making me crazy. Decorations are up and we had light up night a few hours ago. Plenty of leftovers for dinner.

Found out this morning my best friend’s son had a very serious accident Wednesday night. He had to have brain surgery but seems to be able to move all limbs. They moved him from critical to serious today. More prayers – I think I will become a nun.
