Good evening I make my smoothies in a kitchen aid blender. I add fruit, veggies
and juice. All it takes is a few short minutes. 😜😎The kids grew up on them and hubby
loves them. I am trying my best to get my hot little hands on the Dragon Fruit I will find it.

This is a Dragon Fruit Smoothie and I even add some Andrew Lessman Marine Peptide
in the mix. ✨

Thank you for asking about my husband and family. We are doing alright it is a shock that
is the part my husband is trying to wrap his head around we just thought we had more
time thank god we drove to Wichita to visit him and he looked the picture of health.

Sadly it was not to be we are glad he is no longer in that awful pain he is at peace now. ✨

I have been trying to support his two daughters we with their mother are planning everything
for him.

Thank you for the prayers and support everyone on this thread have been very supportive
Lady this year has been a tough one. I have lost six blood relatives since 2020 I fought cancer
with surgery and treatments and my husband had a mild heart attack with surgery. I don’t
think I have to say that I never want to go through all this again. Everyone is fighting some
kind of battle.

I love doing the pics for you I can get real creative on some of them. 😜😎😘
