Conversation – 16
Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is
number 16 out of the series. I created and started this thread nearly 7 years
ago. I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread.
I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please
stay safe.

4 my father and all who I have lost in the last year..
One dark morning
When this life is over
I know
I’ll see your face
Every night I pray
Every step I take
Every move I make
Every single day
Every night I pray 🎶🎶 -
Hallelujah
Song by Jeff Buckley/Leonard CohenI heard there was a secret chord
That David played and it pleased the Lord
But you don’t really care for music, do you?
Well it goes like this the fourth, the fifth
The minor fall and the major lift
The baffled king composing Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Well your faith was strong but you needed proof
You saw her bathing on the roof
Her beauty and the moonlight overthrew you
She tied you to her kitchen chair
She broke your throne and she cut your hair
And from your lips, she drew the Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Baby, I’ve been here before
I’ve seen this room and I’ve walked this floor
You know, I used to live alone before I knew you
And I’ve seen your flag on the marble arch
And Love is not a victory march
It’s a cold and it’s a broken Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Well, there was a time when you let me know
What’s really going on below
But now you never show that to me, do you?
But remember, when I moved in you
And the holy dove was moving too
And every breath, we drew was Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Maybe there’s a God above
But, all I’ve ever learned from love
Was how to shoot somebody who outdrew you?
And it’s not a cry, that you hear at night
It’s not somebody, who’s seen the light
It’s a cold and it’s a broken Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah

Hi. It is now evening in Florida. I did take some time to read in the den. Now housework beckons. Hubby fell out of bed around 5 am this morning. He said nothing really hurts, but you cannot fool me. We were supposed to go out for a bit, but, that didn’t happen. He has spent most of the day in bed.
I am doing kitchen chores. Will not go to bed until it has been completed. Not sure what tomorrow will bring. I will wait and see. The contractor will be here Thursday afternoon so I want most things done so it will be easy to move around and to pack certain areas as we need to.
Right now I am not so sure about the orthopedic group my husband has gone to through a recommendation of the visiting nurse and the physical therapist and also from a friend who has had problems with his knee. We had to complete a survey yesterday and the questions they asked and my husband’s answers made me wonder if this was a good decision. He said he
saw two physicians who were orthopedists. However, nothing was mentioned about physical therapy or meds for pain. So, hubby, I hope, will make a phone call this week to get some answers. Our physician recommended physical therapy three times per week as an out patient. He asked the office staff while we were there to contact the group he wanted and have them call us for an appointment. So far we have not heard anything and this is now ten days. Yes, I contacted our doctor’s office only to find out that he is on vacation and will return a week from Monday. Not to worry, a phone call is already on my schedule.Well, guess I will meander to the kitchen. There are dirty dishes calling my name. Take care. Stay safe.

Good Afternoon Sheba, I am glad you are enjoying your cool weather. We are suppose to get a cold front, doesn’t look like it will make its way down here. The temperature for the week still shows 80’s during the day and 70’s during the night. I am sure by next month the temperature will start to come down. Have a great weekend Sheba.
