Good afternoon in the rock and roll City. 😘💕😎🌹Loaf you are so missed on this
thread. I am sure you are aware this year in March will be my 7th year of creating and designing
this thread. Loaf I never know what I will do and I have said this many times. As soon my
fingers hit the keyboard my mind just click and go to work. 😎Like you I use my background
in music, dance and fashion as a springboard of what I do on this thread.

I like what I do and I never know who I will meet along the way. This is just a little thread
about someone on a journey it’s called life in a world she did not asked for.

I am doing well Loaf and if I can cover anything for you in Club Sheba let me know

@Shoelady, glad you got some sleep. I am happy your husband is making some progress and hope he gets some good sleep too! Please continue to let us know how he is doing. Your sister is making a good decision. Los Angeles is really suffering and many are asking why they don’t bring in the medical ships.

@Sheba, do you have stairs? If yes, maybe go up and down them a bunch of times? Sorry it’s too cold for you to get out. I do not miss the cold weather. I am sure you would love many of the trails here if you lived here. Colorado is probably the same. Great hiking right?

My Mother is at a rehab, seeing many holes in patient care and finding it is not as patient centered as it could be. She wants to get home so hopefully that will happen in a week or two.

I tried the game of the week, and haha, lucky if I get half the needed points. It’s all good though, just fun. Hope you and Oodie had lots of fun with Trivia

The virus attacks whatever it finds. It actually doesn’t last that long when push comes to shove, but what it does to your mind, lungs, muscles, etc.. lasts a while longer. Every muscle hurts. Brain feels like a deep fog has settled in. But, one day you wake up with renewed energy and strength that you hadn’t felt in weeks. At this point I can honestly say, “do not overdo it.” It doesn’t last long. It will eventually, put don’t push it.

I’m not sure if you had it. So don’t blame yourself. Getting this disease could have been anytime, anywhere. The virus could have been on a letter in the mailbox, from a wave hello, from anything and from anywhere. It could have even been from the grocery store when you touched a piece of fruit or vegetable. That is why it is so important to wash everything when you bring it home. Don’t fret. And don’t make yourself miserable over this. It happens. Just be thankful that you are there for hubby and can do the tasks needed. Hope he continues eating. and having an appetite.
