Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is
number 16 out of the series. I created and started this thread nearly 7 years
ago. I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread.

I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please
stay safe.

    Hello Sheba, a good afternoon to you and poppy. Got to be awear of those Coyotes. Coyotes are here too, we have to watch out for them down here. I am glad you are able to move quickly. The moon is beautiful and I also enjoy having a moon light shower before bed. Well that’s what we call in Brazil, going outside and looking at the full moon and enjoying its light.
    The Southern region of Brazil, Rio Grande Dol Sul, its like Texas. Cowboys and cowgirls, lots of beef and barbecues. That region is also known for the Mate drink, well, it’s a tea. And everyone drinks it, you walk down the street on a beach resorts people are carrying a thermos with hot water and a Mate container in their hand.
    There’s a huge plantation of Dragonfruit, both kinds. Also a special tea that comes from that region called Marcela ( ChΓ‘ de Marcala) you can find it on YouTube, who knew? My mother and I would go out onto the fields to collect it, it grew in the wild. Today everyone knows how good it is for your health and its sold everywhere. I have a truck load of it, brought lots back with me last time I was there. Then my niece came to visit a brought me a siutecase fill with it, that and bars of coconut soap. Take care Sheba.

    Holy you know what!!😲 Glad you were close to home with Poppy – gives me the chills. Even though my yard is fenced in, I always hated to let my dogs out in the dark. We’ve had a number of critters, mainly raccoons, crawl under the fence. One of my dogs and a neighbor’s dog got through under a low spot so my husband nailed two by fours along the bottom. Thank goodness you have great eyes!πŸ‘€

    My husband and I handled mom’s furniture, all done and no injuries. Making hot sausage for dinner tonight. Already had the furnace on to take the chill out of the house. Sunny and 70 tomorrow and Thursday but in the 50’s over the weekend.

    Sending hugs and keep your eyes open!!!πŸ‘€πŸ‘€πŸ‘€

    Transforming Anger to Light

    When we have anger that is lingering, we can give it to the earth to transmute and give a new purpose.

    As humans, we all have anger, sometimes more than others. A healthy way of purging our anger from our bodies is to give it to Mother Earth. We can imagine ourselves being grounded as the electrical energy passes from us into Mother Earth below. We can see that energy go straight to the earth’s core where it becomes part of the continuous growth process of our planet and is transformed from negative to positive, from dark to light. When we choose to give our anger to the earth, we trust our connection with the natural world we live in and the great universe that fuels it all. Mother Earth will lovingly transform your anger into light so no need to feel guilty about unloading to her.

    We can make this offering of our energy from any location, whether many stories up or on a ship at sea. We know the earth is below us, supporting us and sustaining us. If we have the opportunity to physically connect to the earth by going outdoors and touching unpaved ground, we may find it easier to connect to nature’s energy flow. It may also be easier to receive the flow of positive, calming, healing energy that comes to fill our bodies when we have emptied ourselves of our anger. To begin, sit and breathe deeply, ask Mother Earth to accept your anger, and imagine it coming down your spine out of your tailbone, and into the earth’s deep core. To finish, be sure to honor and thank the earth for her loving service.

    When we work with our anger this way, we acknowledge that like everything else it is merely energy that can be used positively or negatively. During our grounding meditation, we may be given direction to channel this energy for its best use. We may find that the earth can help us cleanse misplaced energy to use for its rightful purpose. When we do this with gratitude, we know that we are not misusing the earth for our own selfish purposes. Instead we are connecting ourselves with the energy of our homeland, and when we do this we nurture the earth as it nourishes us. Amen! ✨😎

    @oodiebom,

    Good day on the Gulf Coast and may this be a nice one for you. 😘✨😎I read your post
    from earlier I am glad you got some rest and everything should go well Friday with hubby.

    Last night was a wee bit hairy for Poppy and I. Well the moon was full and as I gaze to
    look at Poppy that is when I saw the Coyote I am very agile and I grabbed Poppy
    and almost flew into the house. I have never seen one this close to the house before.

    Yeah I will play it safe. ✨ Nice day in OZ and I am thankful for that.

    Here is some Tea with your Manuka Honey. 😘I am glad you got a response and the
    team is working on it.

    @xango,

    Good day in Florida. ✨How are things going today? I know the house looks great
    with the fall decoration I am done with that. Yay!!😎

    I love the way you use Bay Leaves from your tree interesting.

    I am still a little rattled about seeing the coyote last night. If I had not turned my head
    after gazing at the moon Poppy would have been his next meal. Yikes!!!

    So if I am out at night I will be very aware. ✨ Here is to a nice day OZ is a perfect Fall Day.

    Time for Tea. 😜😘
