@Sheba, Sorry to hear your niece is in the hospital and you have family members with Covid. Such a dark time. My son experienced a lot of 1st’s and did well. He just started a new semester at school as well. Going through a few boxes of photo’s today. The day went by fast, and we had hail earlier today. I think people here are getting tired of their kids not going to school and want it opened up. At least that is what i hear on the radio. Haven’t hiked yet, maybe in a day or 2. Have a great weekend all.

Oodie, good news on the omega’s. Thanks for letting me know you done this before and that I can asks you questions. So far so good. Just waiting for death certs now. There is a backup due to covid. I have pictures from the the 40’s and maybe 30’s. If you have any suggestions about preserving them feel free to let me know.

I take the omegas from Andrew as well along with the ones for the eyes, Essential One and those for Immune, Circulation. Hair, etc.. I would be lost without Andrew and his products. I usually purchase when either a lower price when on sale. 😇😇😇

Hope your niece is feeling better. Have a great day. Stay warm. It’s cold for Florida. But having a bit of the northeast puts a smile on my face even under tons of covers and dressed for the occasion.

I just finished reading an article in MSN news on covid. They found that people who eat Fish with Omega 3’s and also take vitamins with Omega 3’s are less likely to be hospitalized with covid. Those that were showed !little to none Omegas were the ones in the hospital. We eat a lot of fish and do take our Omega vitamins daily. Guess that’s what helped us on our cruise. You might want to pass this on to your sister and mom.

Your mom gave us a great idea. When the time is right we will celebrate our anniversary on the island. Meanwhile we will do some homework and view places to visit and plan an itinerary. Love your mom’s thinking.
