Today was on the phone then opted for the call back option, about another hour or so, then I was transferred, then I hung up and took a short hike with my hubs (wanted a long hike bit he wasn’t into it) then I called the place back and completed the call. Lucky me, this place was open late which is very unusual. Progress.
