Hello Sheba, looks like its soup time in your neck of the woods. Yesterday I made hubby a dish with red Lentils and vegetables that can pass for soup. Depending on how much you want to blend the ingredients I used a hand blender. And I made him cheese bread with his sesame flour and Almond flour. I made me some cheese crackers, wow they are delicious and easy. I only baked half of the recipe and refrigerated the rest. And baked off the rest today, ate them with my soup.

I remember seeing some posts from Pitman in the QVC Forums. It was rather recent, like maybe, a month or two ago. I also remember that he enjoys QVC more than HSN. Also, he was starting to exercise and walk before dinner that seemed to coincide with Trivia. Now that Trivia hasn’t worked in a while, guess he is on to better things. I also miss Luvsweets and wonder how things are going with her son. I’ll try to do a shout out tomorrow.

Ok, we had the contractor this afternoon. The damage was not water but with the sub-flooring that was not installed properly. There was a contractor that came about a month and a half ago and swore it was water damage from a slow leak. Well, there is no leak and thank g-d I didn’t hire him. I had tons of questions when another person showed up that worked with the contractor and used a gizmo to detect water. I could have sworn that that thing showed orange and yellow and no blues. Guess I watch too much HGTV. Anyway, we hired the person who came today. It will be a two day job and if our flooring does not come in at the time he is here he will return to install at no extra charge. He will be good to work with. His company has an A+ rating with BBB and from other homeowners. Very happy with the results.

Now I am completely exhausted and will call it a night before 3am or 6 am. Tomorrow is Trivia and also hubby has his first physical therapy with a new group in the afternoon. I also heard from the Ear, Nose and Throat and have an appointment Monday morning. I just completed the medical form and it took over two hours. Very extensive. See you tomorrow in Trivia.
