Not quite 100%, but will take whatever. Yes, sometimes, when allergies are not the cause of a bad headache and your body feels great, then the next alternative is stress. Your body is trying to relax, but it seems there are some stones in the path to make you rest and not go further for the time being. You lost more family in the last six or seven months, you went through cancer treatment and still being seen by countless physicians in keeping you well and healthy. There is only so much a body can take. So, this is the time for you to step back, take a deep breath, drink some tea with lemon and Manuka and then bring a book or magazine to read by the fireplace. Forget the work that hasn’t been accomplished and just take time for yourself. Tomorrow is a new day and may be a brighter and happier one. It’s also Trivia, so you should get some rest and hopefully, you will rebound with energy.

I am working on our mini office which is in our Master Bedroom. The desk has lost all it’s clutter and now is clean and beautiful once again. Guess we are both “pack rats.” Our shredder never worked so hard.

Love the bun buns. So cute and adorable. We usually see the mom with her brood at our home on Cape. But our other home has deer, beavers, foxes, and other animals. Never know what we will see when we are up and about and looking out the window.

By the way, which bracelet did you receive from Heidi. You promised a look—-so, ………I’m still waiting…… 🤷‍♀️👀

Hello Sheba. Good day to you. 😘
So glad to hear you are feeling better and even better news about your check up and labs. I like the fact your results are ready while you are still with your Dr. and you don’t have to wait.
We did get our first shot yesterday. It was a smooth process from start to finish. No waiting other than the 15 minutes after the injection to make sure we did not have a reaction. Our 2nd shot is scheduled for March 24. Our arms are sore at the injection site but it is not bad. I don’t think it is any different than when we get any other shot. I took a couple ibuprofen while ago. I still did my walk this morning.
Today’s bunnies make me smile. I just love looking at their sweet faces. Yes, my 2 hounds do like to chase them. Squirrels too.
Going to fix a chef salad tonight for supper. Sending warm hugs to you and Poppy. ❤️🦋

The bunnies are so adorable!🐇🐰💕 You are correct, Jake would bring me one as a gift. For a ten year old dog, when he sees a bird, squirrel, bunny, etc., his arthritis is cured and he runs after it. I just hold my breath. Then he is done for the day, lol! All snow is gone so he can do his sniffing of what went through the yard.

Mom and sis doing well. Sis is planning on going back to CA this month. Not sure when she will return but mom’s birthday is the end of April so maybe for that, unless mom tells her not to. So I will be back to my 2-3 days a week helping mom. I certainly don’t mind but it does wear me out. I always tell her, I’m old and you’re real old!!🤣

Hockey again tonight, they played real well last game so they will probably stink tonight. That’s the way this season has been going. Sending springtime breezes to you and Poppy.🌾🌻🌿

The Energy Of Honesty

Speaking our truth may involve risking rejection, but when we allow ourselves to follow the flow of life, we are supported.

As children most of us learn that honesty is better than dishonesty, and we may not question this beyond whether or not to do what we’re told. As adults, however, we can go deeper to examine our choices as investments of energy with predictable risks and returns. When we speak the truth, we affirm what already is. This is like using a paddle when the stream is already moving the same direction. We are already supported by the universe and its energy flow, so we don’t need to exert much energy, leaving more for other pursuits. But dishonesty redirects a portion of our energy against the flow, which requires extra effort. In addition, it creates an alternate reality that requires further energetic input to be maintained. So we can easily see that we are best served when we work with the flow of the universe.

Life is not always clearly defined, so we may find it useful to follow our choices to their logical conclusions. We may feel that little untruths are harmless, but they can be like small cracks that weaken an overall structure over time. Even giving someone a compliment or trying to protect them can create problems later when the alternate reality we’ve created becomes the basis for further actions. Even if the actions that follow are honestly done, the underlying unstable foundation of dishonesty will threaten to topple things eventually. This can lead to further energy being spent on keeping things hidden, working to remember the tales we’ve spun and fearing the consequences of being found out. Life doesn’t need to be this draining, but we can make the choice to free ourselves from the bonds of dishonesty at any time.

Speaking and living our truth may involve risking, among other things, the possibility of rejection. But when we allow ourselves to follow the flow of life, we are supported. We can then use our energy to cultivate physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being and to create our dreams, rather than leaving ourselves too drained to even maintain our existence. Today we can make honesty our choice in every interaction, bringing the nurturing power of the universe’s energy into our lives to bring positive, lasting results. 😎

Good day in the ‘burgh. 😘💕🌹Thank you for your post last night. I was really feeling
for the people at the hospital yesterday. I want you to know when my labs and appt with
the doctor was over I just walked swiftly to get out of there. I don’t know what state
these people were in but they were men and women. I was shaken when I got home
I said a prayer there and when I got home. Dear lord please help them. 🌹

I am fine my labs were great I don’t have to go back until June.

I see Mr. Jake can do his running now. Oz is beautiful today. 😘💕 I hope your
Hockey Team wins when they play again. How is your mother and sister doing?

It is time for the Bunnies to make they spring visit. 💕😘If Jake saw them he would
take off like a bat out of the …gate. 🤣Poppy does the same thing.

Good Afternoon in Florida. I am feeling much better today so far no headache. 😘😎
The day is still young something tells me I need to cut back on my coffee.

Oodie I went to one of the Thrift Stores in my area and I donate at this store also
and I found a beautiful Tea Set. I do collect them and all of sets are gorgeous I have
never brought one from a retail store as they don’t have the quality and character I
look for in my tea sets I have been doing this for over 20 years. 😘💕 I do have Lemon
Tea as you recommended and it is helping. Yeah I do believe stress played a factor in
the headache. I am only one person. 🤣

Here is to a good day for you and hubby and I want you to meet some of my little friends. 💕😘
