Not sure if you have a shredder. HSN has one as a TSV. Please check it out. Having a microcut means your shredding comes out like confetti which will make it more difficult for people to see what is in your garbage and harder for them to obtain personal information. Also the number of pieces of paper that you can do will mean less time sitting and waiting to do the next one. I enjoy the one I have. Being older I can only do three or four sheets of paper at a time. I do remember my mom had one of the first shredders which she purchased through QVC. She could only do one sheet at a time and after five minutes that machine would overheat. It took her months to go through all my dad’s things from the store he owned. But, she got it done. When my mom passed, I took her shredder and used it until HSN had one. It was a crosscut and it still works. I’ve had that one at least 15 years. But, the crosscut makes it easy for those interested in obtaining personal documents. I also love the microcut in that I can use the confetti for packaging items going to the North or going from the North to Florida.

I see you have closed for the evening. Yes, everything is starting to come together. It’s a slow process when hubby takes an all day nap. But the last few days his energy level has been up a bit. Having the extra pair of hands has certainly helped. Two cabinets and 8 drawers are done in the kitchen. All the drawers have been reorganized. However, need to do some shopping. Almost out of water and Olive oil. I surmise this means a trip to Costco. Maybe tomorrow or Wednesday.

You had a real special day yesterday with the lady in a wheelchair. Very thoughtful of you to offer some assistance. You were at the right place at the right time. I wonder how many other people would have helped. She picked the person with the mostest.

I have not seen a tornado. However, have seen the shelf and heard what sounded like a train, so I surmise our home dodged one. Would having a underground shelter help? Just wondering.
