Club Sheba

Well something happened in OZ today we had a tornado. All I have are things in my
yard. I grabbed Poppy and we went into the basement which as everything we need.

Dodged a big one today it’s not over the season has just began. 😎My brother is safe
from the mountains and is home in Colorado. 💕

I was thinking of your family yesterday and this morning as I was watching the news. Glad they are all at home (except your brother) “weathering” this storm. We had one in March, 1993 and got two feet of snow in one day. Don’t choke yourself laughing but that morning my husband decided he better go out and get a part for the snow blower.🤣 I think he was the only car on the road.

That vase was a steal, simple and elegant. I can remember doing inventory at Macy’s and I hated the china and crystal department because everything was sooo heavy. Moving all those boxes to scan on ten foot shelves and praying you didn’t drop one plus arms and legs were so tired.😫 Shoes, jewelry and handbags – so much easier!😊

Hockey game tonight so I will relax with a cup of something, probably nice warm tea☕ since it is chilly here like Oz. If they are playing horrible, then it might turn into something stronger.🍷

Food Allergies

Understanding how our bodies react to food, and making adjustments can have a profound effect on our energy system

In this day and age we know so much more about our relationship to food than our predecessors, and the way we eat and think about food has become almost unrecognizable to our grandparents’ generation. One example of this is our awareness of food allergies, a condition that has recently entered the collective consciousness. Most of us know someone who is allergic to such commonplace foods as wheat and dairy, and we may even be prone to such an allergy. Understanding how our bodies react to food, and making the necessary adjustments in our diet, can have a profound affect on our whole energy system, and can be the key to shifting our mind into a state of greater clarity.

When we are continuously exposed to a food that gives us an allergic reaction, we feel lethargic, foggy-headed, or as if we always have a low-grade sinus infection. Other symptoms can include nausea, digestive difficulties, skin problems, and difficulty breathing. Many of us have been fighting these symptoms our whole lives without realizing that getting relief could be as simple as cutting a particular food out of our diet. When we do, we feel as if we are waking up out of a fog, and our whole system, cleared of substances that work against it, benefits. Many people see skin improvements, they sleep better, have more energy, and feel able to think more clearly. When we feel less than well, testing ourselves, or getting tested by someone else, for food allergies may be a good place to start.

If you know how to do kinesiology, or if you work with a pendulum or have access to clear signals from an inner guide, you can test yourself. If these modes of gaining information are unfamiliar or uncomfortable, you can get tested through a doctor of your choice. However we go about it, exploring our relationship to the foods we eat can be the first step to a more optimal state of health, well-being, and clarity of mind. Bet no one reads this. 😎

Good day in the ‘burgh. Very chilly and cloudy here in OZ. 😎I am taking it easy
today. Hubby and I were very busy this weekend. We donated a lot of things to a
Veterans thrift store. As I was about to leave I saw something that struck my eyes.

It was a Waterford Vase. Let me explain during my College years I worked at Macy’s in
the Crystal and China Departments you can learn a lot about Crystal working at
Macy’s. 🤣Well this beautiful vase was calling me and I paid 5.99 no tax. I think I
laughed all the way home. I do collect Waterford Crystal. It even had Waterford logo
chiseled on the bottom you could barely see .

Good Morning in S. California. Well you’ve got sunshine and my family have a ton of snow.
This is not unusual for Colorado my sister sent me a snippet of the snow in her driveway.
Yep my sister is shoveling snow and she did not have to go in to work. Colorado is on
locked down for now. The highways are closed.

Well at least I know they are safe. 😘💕

Good Afternoon in Florida. My family in Boulder, Colorado have a lot of snow.
My brother had a job in the mountains and was on his way home when he had to
get a hotel room. Yikes! My family told me they closed down I-70 so no one is going
anywhere all the family took off from work today. I have been on the phone all morning.

I brought a smile to someone’s face in the supermarket this weekend. A little lady in a wheel
chair looked up at me as I was reaching for something and said I wish I were tall like you.

I was taken aback for a moment she was in a wheel chair with her Irish gear on. I asked
her can I help her with anything as she told me she was shopping for her sister. I had no
problem reaching for things she could not get. Oodie she had a wonderful personality
and it was nice to have people talk to you again. I had on booties because it was raining.

Oodie I hope I bring a smile to your face with the year I have had I certainly try with all
on this thread and the other threads I am on. 😎💕😘You and hubby have a great day
So glad everything is coming together for you. You will be in the North soon. 💕
