Conversation – 16
Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is
number 16 out of the series. I created and started this thread nearly 7 years
ago. I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread.
I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please
stay safe.

Look To The Rainbow
On the day I was born,
Said my father, said he.
I’ve an an elegant legacy
Waitin’ for ye,
‘Tis a rhyme for your lips
And a song for your heart,
To sing it whenever
The world falls apart.Look, look
Look to the rainbow.
Follow it over the hill
And the stream.
Look, look
Look to the rainbow.
Follow the fellow
Who follows a dream.
Follow the fellow,
Follow the fellow,
Follow the fellow
Who follows a dream.‘Twas a sumptuous
To bequeath to a child.
Oh the lure of that song
Kept her feet funnin’ wild.
For you never grow old
And you never stand still,
With whippoorwills singin’
Beyond the next hill.Look, look
Look to the rainbow.
Follow it over the hill
And the stream.
Look, look
Look to the rainbow.
Follow the fellow
Who follows a dream.
Follow the fellow,
Follow the fellow,
Follow the fellow
Who follows a dream. -
How Are Things In Glocca Morra?
I hear a bird
A Glocca Morra bird
It well may be he’s bringin’ me
A cheerin’ word
I hear a breeze
A River Shannon breeze
It well may be
It’s followed me across the seas
Then tell me please
How are things in Glocca Morra?
Is that little brook still leaping there?
Does it still run down to Donny cove?
Through Killybegs, Kilkerry and Kildare?
How are things in Glocca Morra?
Is that willow tree still weeping there?
Does that laddie (lassie) with the twinklin’ eye
Come whistlin’ (smilin’) by
And does he (she) walk away,
Sad and dreamy there not to see me there?
So I ask each weepin’ willow
And each brook along the way,
And each lad (lass) that comes a-whistlin’ (a-sighin’)
Tooralay
How are things in Glocca Morra
This fine day? -

Good afternoon and happy St. Patrick’s Day. If mom is having that plate today, she most likely ordered out. She loves to serve food but is getting tired of cooking. At almost 91, she would rather have someone cook it for her, lol!😄 Can’t blame her for that.
I was back to painting today so told my husband I was not cooking and we were having salads.🥗 Figured that wasn’t up his alley as he went out to do errands and came home with hot sausage, potato salad and macaroni salad. Guess those were his preferred salads, not my healthy one. Sounds like a cookout indoors.
Beautiful day today but we are getting your rain tomorrow.🌧 So I will be back to painting and some spring cleaning. Luck of the Irish to you, hubs, Poppy and your whole family.🍀💚

Hado
The study of hado tells us that the energetic vibrations from our thoughts affect our physical realities
Walking through a Japanese garden, one truly feels the life force energy that is known as Hado. Hado isn’t just present in Japan, but it is a concept that has existed in Japan for centuries. The two Japanese characters that make up the word Hado mean “wave” and “move” — perfect words to describe the energy vibrations that permeate all life. Hado is present in all things, animate and inanimate. It resides everywhere, even in the air and in people.
The study of hado tells us that the energetic vibrations from our thoughts affect on our physical realities. Each of us has the ability to manifest a specific intention through the hado that we send out — from making our jewelry shine to changing the atmosphere of a room full of people to transforming the hado of an empty space. However, we are often unaware that our thoughts are creating vibrations in the world outside our minds. Once we know that this is the case, we can become more aware of our negative thinking and train ourselves to stay positive and think with intention.
Giving thanks for a meal before we eat can change the energy of our food. Expressing gratitude by thoughts or words makes a huge difference to both the giver and recipient because you are sending them hado. A kind smile really makes a difference when you work consciously with hado. Once we become aware of the power of hado, we can create positive changes in every area of our lives: our physical space, mental and emotional health, relationships, and businesses. One of the most important principles of hado is to monitor your thoughts and intentions every day. Enjoy the improvements that you will create in your life and the world around you by consciously working with hado.
