National Pet Day is April 11, although if you’re a pet owner, you know there’s not a day that goes by that you don’t celebrate your animal companion! So hug your hedgehog, bond with your bunny, and cut your kitty some catnip! That critter makes you happy — and that’s not all. Over the past 10 years, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) has been a partner in research to determine the physical and mental benefits of having a pet. It turns out that not only can pets steal our hearts, but they also contribute to overall cardiovascular health by lowering cortisol, cholesterol, and blood pressure levels.

Good day in the ‘burgh.😘😎Oz is beautiful today we have sun and the temps are just
right. However, it will turn cool again until next weekend so glad I did not plant yet. 😎😘

Today is National Pet Day which I feel is every single day with my pet. I love Poppy and
he will be getting the works. I just don’t like the fact I can’t be with him. I know he will
be fine I also know he will look and smell great. 🤣😎

Have a good day with hubby let me know how your sister is doing in California with
her vaccine. I love your mom OMG that was hilarious that she will get the vaccine so she
can go on vacation may she be blessed. 💕 Enjoy your Hockey Game and I hope your
team wins. 🤣

Howdy in Texas well it will not be long before you are off on your trip. I do hope you
and your sister have a good time along with hubby. The fur babies know something is
going on and I bet they can’t wait. 😎💕😘

Good afternoon in Florida. I hope you are resting after yesterday and I am so happy
you were able to get your Vaccine too. 😘My brother is getting his this morning in
Colorado. We were talking on the phone last night and he said he had to send a copy
of his Driver’s License to confirm his appt. I am going to my primary care physician
but she only has so much so I am waiting and I don’t want to wait too long.

Next is step 2 when you get the second shot and see how things goes as far as getting
back to the North. I would not do much today just stay hydrated. 💕
