I know, it makes me wonder how she made it to 91. She does take vitamins but not 30 like your mom’s friend. I think she takes a multiple, a vitamin D and maybe one or two others. She does eat a clove of fresh garlic every other day. And she loves cheese. She is the longest living in her whole family. My dad died at 54 and my stepdad at 87 so she has also buried two husbands. At under 5′ and maybe 100 lbs., she is a strong woman.

You are not a pest. I don’t mind helping you with anything. I have seen your name for
years in the Community. Feel free to post on this thread. I hope I did not sound mean
that is not my forte. 😎🌹 If I can help with anything I will try. It does take patience and
practice I have created many threads in the HSN Community and just to get it started
can be challenging. Good luck to you for trying.

Another great Thread to post on Friday Night is Trivia. A good group of Arcade Players
gather there and we just have fun. I think you are an Arcade players too.

Calling On Friends

When we include our friends in the full story of our life, we build authentic relationships in which we can be who we truly are.

When we are going through a difficult time, we may hesitate to call even our best friends because we don’t want to burden them with our troubles. This can be especially true if we’ve been going through a series of challenges, and we’re starting to feel as if we sound like a broken record. It is important to remember that at times like these our friends sincerely want to be there for us whenever they can. We can always check with them to make sure it’s a good time for them before we start talking, and if it’s not a good time, we can call back at another time, or call another friend.

We know for ourselves that when we have a good friend, we don’t want them to suffer alone when we are just a phone call away. We want them to call us and share their sorrows with us, as well as their joys, because this is what sharing a life through friendship is about. It is at our lowest points that we really need to rely on our friends without worrying that we are a burden. If you are feeling self-conscious about having a tough time, you can bring this fact into the conversation by acknowledging it. Chances are your friend will reassure you that she is happy to be there for you. In fact, rather than feeling taxed, most of us feel better when we have helped a friend simply by listening empathically while they share their feelings.

Without our friends, we would be hard pressed to get through the tough times and celebrate the good ones. If we leave our friends out of our process when the going gets tough, our friendships can begin to feel shallow. On the other hand, when we include our friends in the full story of our life — the good, the bad, and the ugly — we build authentic relationships in which we can be who we truly are. When we do this, we invite our friends to bring their whole selves to the relationship as well. AMEN 😎😘

Good afternoon in the ‘burgh. I like saying that to you when I post. 🤣😘
How are you feeling this afternoon? I checked with my brother today and he
is fine. My niece gets her shot tomorrow. My mother gets another shot this week. 💕

I can’t wait for this to get done we are all making plans and want everyone to be
protected in Colorado. I have a lot of irons in fire.

I am sure Jake enjoyed Pets Day which is every day. 🤣Give him a nice OZ pet.

How is your mother hey Mom Friday will be here soon. I hope all goes well with your

Good Morning in S. California how are you today? Things are alright here in OZ. 😎
I have to have another mammogram next month and see the Specialists. This is
all part of the two year plan. I should be done in December of this year. I will be a
happy camper when that happens. 😘

Enjoy a nice hike if you can I am still going for a nice long walk with Poppy while the
world is still quiet. 😘😎

Moving forward now things will start to move a lot faster. 😎 How are you feeling today?
My brother is doing fine his daughter my niece will get her vaccine tomorrow and she
had Covid-19. So things in my family are falling into place. 😎💕

As I said yesterday Oz will be chilly all week I am talking in the low 30’s in the morning.
No worries I will wish for a chilly day when the dog days of summer are upon us. 🤣
