Conversation – 16
Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is
number 16 out of the series. I created and started this thread nearly 7 years
ago. I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread.
I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please
stay safe.

Oz will have rain all week. How are you feeling? I know you have cried all week. 🌹
My arm is sore so I need to just stop right now other than that we are fine. 😎
Enjoy!
-
You are spot on. 🌹😘💕Good memory. Hiking does the body good. 🤣
-
Peace Out Peeps! Enjoy your evening and stay cool. 😘

Cool heads prevail I commend you on that. I don’t like how he did that but at the
end of the day everyone is alright. 🌹😎We have very sore arms and I am fine with that being a woman I have seen and been
through worse. Giving birth to our four children was no easy feat and our son was a C-Section
so what’s a needle not mention more things in my life. This puts me closer to Colorado
and my mom. 💕🌹 This Catholic girl is going to just stop for the day. 😎😘💕Oodie get some rest what a story. 😘

Yay for you and hubby, you are halfway to Colorado! I had no reaction to the first shot so hope you both feel fine tomorrow. Hot in the ‘burgh through Wednesday, 90’s, so I will stay indoors. Hugs to you and Poppy,💕

Hi and good afternoon. It is raining as I use the keyboard. No thunder. No lightning. Just ordinary, heavy rain and I am so thankful.
Glad you and hubby have finally received your first dose. Don’t be surprised if your arm hurts as well. It will only last a day, two the most. You also may have some symptoms. And then again, nothing. I didn’t feel anything until the second dose. My shoulder ached a tiny bit within 15 minutes of the vaccination and in that one spot. The first vaccine no problem. But just think, within six weeks from today you will be able to travel to Colorado and all will be well.
Last night was a different story. Hubby went to get the mail about 8:45pm. The mailbox is in a room marked by your house number. There are over 250 families. An hour later I became really concerned when hubby had not returned. Twenty minutes the most to get the mail and return.
So, I dialed 911. They in turn put me through to the Sheriff’s office. I mentioned that hubby could be in one of two places. The mailroom or purchasing Asian takeout. The Sheriffs office arrived at my door and questioned me for over an hour. I saw a helicopter overhead from the Sheriff’s Office and knew they were looking for guess who. Gave them a description as well. I couldn’t understand why they were not checking the mailroom area for his vehicle and of course I mentioned this. Hubby has been having knee and back problems and I could visualize him falling and not able to rise. They eventually found him and he was home, without vehicle, The Sheriff’s people brought him home by 11″15pm. What he told me is that he was at the mailbox and brought the mail to the car and started going through it. Then he saw this helicopter overhead and became quite intrigued when they seemed to be over our area. He got out of the car and started following it, not realizing for the moment that he was walking towards home. Anyway, he was spotted from the helicopter and the sheriff’s car pulled up next to him. They asked for his name and then asked what year it was. He responded 2019. Next question was what day is it. He responded Thursday. He could not remember the date. At which time I laughed. If it weren’t for the computer I would not know the day or the date, let alone the time. Being retired, every night is Friday and everyday is Saturday. Anyway, they made me promise that I call the physician on Monday. Not sure if I will. He is fine now. He was very dehydrated when he finally made it home. Gave him some fruit and then water. A few minutes later he remembered the day, date and year. All this for following the helicopter. We go North in a week.
