I think I finally went to sleep around 4 this morning and awoke before 9 am. The bug exterminator arrived shortly thereafter. I spent most of the morning looking for two cells. Then I noticed hubby. White as a sheet and in pain. He refuses to see anyone. Lost his balance often because his legs gave way. Between noon and 3pm I asked if he wished to cancel. No, was the answer. We had about a six to seven hour drive. We had a thunderstorm around 3pm that lasted over an hour. Of course I was in the shower when the storm hit. At 5pm he finally threw the towel in. Of course it was too late to cancel the first hotel. We are out some $$ on this one unless I can get them to reconsider. He seems OK when driving. I did find my cell and now I am going through our overnight bags to see if I packed his. We will definitely leave tomorrow. No doubt about it. I cannot begin to tell you how intense this day has been. Oh yes, he couldn’t find his wallet or keys to the van. I did find those and other keys as well. It’s been a horrendous day to say the least. To say I am really concerned with hubby’s health is an understatement.
