Good morning. Well, yesterday was horrendous. I ended up sending an email to ask for rehab. Jenny’s dinner was the same as lunch, though the nurse was able to find meatloaf and added green beans.. However , dinner was a cheese sandwich and this time the nurse took it away and did not return. I went to what they called the front desk which was in the back and complained. Someone came into the room and said there was no good in the kitchen except a choice of rice crisis or cornflakes or soup if there was any. I immediately sent a note to a person in charge. Hubby did get soup. Chicken with rice. At least they brought two cups. I texted my driver and we both worked out cells looking for restaurants in the area. We found one and I ordered a lettuce wedge with shrimp. It also came with. Chunks of Blue cheese and other veggies. The surprised look on night’s face when I showed up with takeout was enough to make my day. Right now I am waiting for noon time to order a Philly steak sandwich and something for me. Text my driver to be here late. And yes, I have notified adm. This should never happen.
