Moving forward I am so glad you and your husband had a a nice dinner. Hubby is
pretty smart too I like how he pointed out your plate too. I bet he had a smile on
his face.

Thank you for understanding what I am going through this week. I know it will be with me
for the rest of my life this time last year father was leaving I did see him one last time
and two hours later he was gone. My brothers were driving from Colorado and never
made it in time. We all laid our father to rest during Covid-19 I could not even cry in
my brothers arms. The rest of the family saw everything from a Video on the phone.

I will visit him in his resting place sometime this week I don’t know what I will feel.
This is so new to me I thank god my mother is still here. 😘💕 One day at a time.

@sheba2011 Good Afternoon to you. No rain here, only hot sunshine we could use some rain. The loss of a parent is always hurtful. I am sorry for the loss of your father. I lost my father at 13 years old. My mother passed 20 years ago, it doesn’t seem that long ago and I miss her dearly. I lost two brothers that went away to soon. And now I am the last of five children alive. Sometimes I want to ask a question about our family but don’t have anyone I can anymore. Yesterday I made an error in the name of the flowers, they are Hibiscus. I don’t know why Azealias came into my head. Stay cool and take care.

I had to take a chill break last week. It wasn’t a very good week. Let’s hope this one is better! The temps have lowered from the 90s to the 70s with some rain off & on, so — already much better.🙌🏻👌 Have a great week everyone!!🤗

Surprise. Surprise. I arrived at 1pm and saw my hubby had a wonderful lunch . Then he pointed across the room. There was one for me as well. There are more nurses in his room giving him the attention he needs. It pays sometimes to let people know you are unhappy. Open mouth and insert foot does work.

Sheba I know you have a birthday this week and your dad passed three days later. Yes, you feel it as if it were yesterday. And you will feel it for many years. Nothing I can say will ease the pain. Only it becomes easier with time. I also realize you wished to see him one last time, but he went to his new life before you could. I have a feeling your dad was ready and didn’t want you to remember him in the hospice room and not looking like himself. Instead, play the music he loved and sing when the mood strikes. He will always be there with you. You will feel his presence through your mind and heart.
