Hi and good afternoon. The electrician was here early this morning. He gave me an estimate on a new electrical panel and said someone will contact us for an appointment within a week to ten days. While I’m sitting typing away, the plumber is here with an assistant. Our Health Insurance Company contacted us and we got our complaint started against the Rehab Co. . Yes, a physician could have prepared us for the trip back to Florida by giving us the necessary meds for a day or two. However, without the physician being there, the nurses and other staff members could not give us the actual pill. What they could have mentioned that CVS was right around the corner or near the hotel for an easy pickup in either direction. That would have worked for us, but they never mentioned it. And the food. That should not have happened. So what we were told by the servers or the nurses were lies. The kitchen is opened even if staff have gone for the day. There is access to food and a choice could have been made. Food is an important entity to wellness. When they are done, I will be leaving for Aldi’s to pick up a few things along with bottled water. Will do Costco after the doctor’s appointment. I need to see if it’s OK. Hate leaving him alone, but we need fruit and veggies.
I will also ask about the Farmer’s Market.

Yes, I am very tired. After tomorrow I will take sometime to put the feet up and rest. Yes, it is very hot and humid here with temps in the high 90s and 100% humidity. Weather people are looking at a couple of things off of Africa that could become a tropical deparession within a day or so. Never a dull moment in Florida. But, we could use the rain.

It’s important for all of us to try to find our special gift and discover how we can best express it. Ask others to name what they think is your most overlooked talent or character trait. Their answers may change your life.

Explore these riches that are yours to express, and you may find yourself helping others discover and develop their own blessings. Acknowledge and appreciate the gifts you see in those around you. Tell your neighbor that loves to garden how much her green thumb enlivens the whole block. Thank your coworker for always greeting your days together with a smile. Tell your close friends that their ability to listen makes your world a better place. Our unique gifts are like golden rays of expression that can encircle the world with light. AMEN!

Good Morning in California. Yeah we will celebrate Leos until our time is up.
How are you today? I am so glad your husband and son are back on their feet.

I opened the Patio Door this morning and guess who greeted me? My dad the butterfly
I was so surprised and delighted he stayed with me for a while as I sat on the Patio.

Very warm in OZ today and the A/C is on. I am so thankful we have Central Air Conditioning.

Taci enjoy the trails today I will l walk later in the evening. I don’t want Poppy feet to get hot.
I will carry him if I have to. No issues there. Don’t forget Heidi Daus will be on today.
