I so wish I could get on my broomstick and fly there to give you a hand.
Let me handle the medical staff I hate all that you are going through.

Good Evening. We are in the midst of a rain event. Had thunderstorms earlier with a touch of showers. Well, for some reason I awoke at 4am wide awake and full of energy. So, I started on the kitchen and a redo of the dishes that were still in the drainer when we left. That part of the kitchen is cleaned and now to work on the rest.

There have been no phone calls or a knock on the door for the Home Health Aide or the Physical Therapist. I contacted the doctor’s office and his assistant answered. She connected me with t he usual recording and from what I now know, it could take up to two weeks to find someone. Meanwhile I pray and hope that he doesn’t lose anything in between.

Hubby is walking more. This evening was the first time he made it to the kitchen without the help of the wheelchair. Returning to the bedroom is another story. He is in alot of pain with the arthritis and it seems the Excedrin is lost or fell out of bed with him and is hiding under the bed or under the myriad of junk surrounding the area. I am hoping to start on the Master again on Saturday if I can get hubby to move to a different location. I also received a note from the electrician that he will be here at 9am Monday morning. I have to unplug everything and he will do the frig and stove. He also mentioned that he will check all outlets as well for shorts. This includes the laundry room. And oh yes, the washer and dryer will be moved to the lanai along with the sink I use for soaking. And since the electrical panel is in hubby’s closet I have to remove everything from there as well. He said it is more of a preventive measure than anything else. Guess I have some work to do. And, yes, tomorrow is Trivia. Where has this week gone?????

The same thing is happening to me we had real bad thunderstorms some neighbors
do not have phones or internet many do not have power in my area I hope I keep power.

Just a quick check in to say hi. Lots of computer problems today. Not sure if it’s the weather – heat index of 100 and thunderstorms off and on – my computer or a combination of both. Going to shut it down and read a book. Have a “cool” evening.
