I contacted our doctor’s office this morning. They were trying to use the same rehab in Georgia to do the same here. I wasn’t too happy with the rehab in Savannah and made it known to our insurance company. Besides the meals, there were no snacks in between. There were supposed to be 2-3 hrs of therapy per day. He was lucky to have 1 hr. Weekend dinners left alot to be desired. Not giving us meds or ordering through our pharmacy near them or my motel was not the way to go. Hubby really wanted to stay somewhere one additional night. I also wanted to, but he had had no medication for at least 24 hours and I could not see him missing another 24. This may be the reason why this rehab no longer can use our Health Insurance. Besides, I also notified our doctor’s office not to use them. They are trying another group that may be better.

We were supposed to go marketing today, but hubby has alot of leg pain and so we will try to get out tomorrow. The people for our diswasher did arrive on time and the repair was a tiny plastic thing that should have been removed from our new insinkerator. I will be contacting the plumbers later today to give them an update. The plumbers should have known better. And, it was one question I had asked. The dishwasher is now on it’s second washing with vinegar. It now smells better already. I will be loading up in a few minutes.

Weather wise it is a bit cloudy, Our temps feel like the mid 80s though 90s is predicted. Best part, low humidity. I am a happy camper as the saying goes. Definitely will take advantage of this weather to do laundry.

Tomorrow is Trivia. Can you believe it???? This week has flown like the wind. And here it is, two weeks home and I am still unloading the van. WHAT WAS I THINKING??????

Pedicures/manicures are done. Went to lunch and have enough left over for dinner, yay!👋 Weather not too bad today, rain is gone for at least a few days. Like Oz, it will be getting warm into the beginning of the week.😛

Doing Our Best

Your best is always good enough, because it comes from you, and you are always good enough.

We often come into contact with the idea that our best isn’t good enough, as if this were actually possible. If you examine this notion, you will begin to see that it doesn’t make much sense. Your best is always good enough, because it comes from you, and you are always good enough. You may not be able to deliver someone else’s idea of the best, but the good news is that’s not your burden. You only need to fulfill your own potential, and as long as you remain true to that calling, and always do your best to fulfill your purpose, you don’t need to expect anything more from yourself.

It’s easy to get tangled up with the idea of trying to be the best — the best parent, the best employee, the best child, or best friend. If we try to be the best, we run the risk of short-circuiting our originality because we are striving to fit into someone else’s vision of success. In addition, if everyone is striving for the same outcome, we lose out on creativity, diversity, and visionary alternatives to the way things are done. On another note, there is nothing wrong with wanting to improve, but examining where this feeling comes from is important because wanting to be better than others is our ego coming into play.

Letting go of the tendency to hold ourselves up to other people’s standards, and letting go of the belief that we need to compete and win, doesn’t mean we don’t believe in doing the best job we can. We always strive to do our best, because when we do we create a life free of regret, knowing we have performed to the best of our ability. This allows us to feel great personal satisfaction in all of our efforts, regardless of how others perceive the outcome. ✨😘😎

Storms can be tricky my outdoor umbrella almost came through my patio window
one year. This was at night during a really strong storm.

Howdy in Texas and may this be a good day for you and hubby. How are the fur babies
