Sis called from Vegas airport and all is fine. No problem with the flight. It was about two-thirds filled and they were able to spread out some. Mom gambles but not a lot, sis is more daring and plays mostly card tables. If either call with good news, I will surely let you know. I know they got reservations to see the Cirque du Soleil show Mystere.

Oodie, I pray for you and your husband every night. I hope it helps. Did you hear anymore about your homes up north? Like Sheba said, I wish we could be there to help.

Good evening I am reading your post and Oodie take another look at your husband
medicine the Metformin should be Metformin ER 500 Mg twice a day.

You listed his medicine as Metformin HCL tablets were they twice a day at 500 Mg.?

The only difference in the two is ER stands for Extended Release. This is what a lot
of pre diabetes take I don’t know what the second med is but if the doctor took him
off of all meds I would wait and see how his labs are. Oodie he does have to fast 8-12 hours
before a lab can be done. If he stops eating at 8:00 p.m. and his appt for labs are at 8:00 a.m.
he is good and I am sure the doctor’s office will tell him that. When they take labs he needs
to drink lots of water to pump up his veins in his arms you can read up on all of this.

I am glad he can have pizza everything within portion. Oodie you sound really upset so
this is all paramount with you as it should be. We went through a lot with my father.

Dad was not a diabetic but another family member is. When they did my test for DNA
and cancer my test was very good. Oodie now days they do ask a lot of questions about
your family and how it can relate to certain diseases it’s annoying but you have a lot of
paper work to fill out. Oodie if only you lived a few miles from me I could walk over and
help you do so much paper work and check out the health aides. I think you’ve got this.
