@sheba2011, Helli Sheba, Four children, you are very lucky. I have none, I do have nieces and nephews along with lots of grand nieces and grand nephews. One grand niece is starting her first year of college this year. Oodiebom’s idea of the Dramamine is new to me, going to have my husband get some. I do feel better now, more rested I took a jape on the sofa. Somehow those power naps feel better then a nights sleep. Take care.

@oodiebom, Hello and how are you? I hope your husband is doing better. You are correct when working outside its important to drink lots of water. I did drink lots of it, and pressed coconut water I guess not enough. I do feel better this evening, I took a little nap on the sofa while watching TV. Because of acid reflux I can’t drink any citrus or eat and I have to be careful with fruit juices too. I like drinking the La Croix plain water, not flavored. The Dramamine is new to me, I didn’t think of it thank you, I will have my husband puck it up. You said you just got in, I hope you went out to a nice dinner. Take care.

My mother really did a lot in advance. What do people wthout a close family member do? There is still a lot of things to wrap up plus my investigation into the care issue.

Oodie, thank you for your post yesterday about the rehabs. What a rackett. Anyways, it was kind of you to share your information. I have been wondering about the reporting process so your example of contacting the Insurance Co is helpful. Not there yet, as still reviewing the situation.

xango, I just got in and read your note. Not good. While working outside die you have water with you or something to drink other than coffee or tea? When working outside even for five minutes in Florida, you should have something even though you may not be thirsty. This has happened to me numerous times. One of the things I enjoy is not only water but adding lemon or lime to it as well. Even having watermelon helps since he has sugar and water. Please drink a glass of orange juice or something in fruit which has sugar. Also for extreme dizziness such as what you are experiencing, I take Dramamine. No prescription needed. It can be found at Walmart, Target as well as the pharmacies. You may have to take one every four hours, but, you should be feeling better by morning. You should also consider calling your physician just to be sure it is not something else. Even rushing yourself to the ER is a good idea. Please let us know what is happening and do keep us posted. We care and want to be sure it isn’t something more serious.

When I get one of my headaches I turn everything off. ✨

waiting for my husband even the kids want to come home to eat I sometimes tease them
with a FaceTime of what I am cooking. 🤣The kids are good cooks as well I am very surprise
