Sheba, It’s game night for you all. I will either be getting dinner or on a walk, going late due to the warmer weather. The Biotin is interesting. I am not taking it unless its in AL’s essential, but I have a good friend who supplements it so let her know. I want to also let her know about the book Oodie has mentioned.

Moving things around in the kitchen. So much fun. At least it is a start. I heard from my friend this afternoon and he has someone in mind to repair the entire bed. But, I’m doing the kitchen since hubby is in bed.

There was an article on Alan Alda yesterday in MSN.com news. He was recently diagnosed with Parkinson’s. And, he went over his symptoms and you know it got me thinking. He was falling out of bed. Had no recollection how he got on the floor. Had dreams that someone was chasing him and other dreams in which he went after someone and then hitting his wife with a pillow. He even talked in his sleep mumble jumbo. There are times he has trouble moving fingers and even his feet. There is pain. However he now does exercises daily including Pilates. So, now I am wondering if that is what we are dealing with here. Hubby flings his arms around going after criminals. How many times have I mentioned that he falls out of bed. And, yes, Parkinson’s does run in his family. His sister was diagnosed with Anxiety Parkinson’s. We do not know anyone in his family who have had it or anyone who has been diagnosed. On Monday, I will let the visiting nurse know of my concern as well as the doctor’s office. This could explain a lot of things.

Yes, I will be in Trivia tonight. Hopefully, there will be a game. But I say this weekly. I saw Sami’s meme a few minutes ago. Just wish she would drop in to say Hi. See you soon.

I know you do not like to take meds, but trust me on this one. My dad was a pharmacist for all of his lifetime. He is the one that introduced me to Dramamine. It does help with the dizziness and instead of it lasting three or four days you start seeing some relief within a half hour or less. You take the med every 4 hours and within twenty four hours you are as good as new. No side affects. I use it before flying and sometimes before taking an elevator. I also noticed that there is one side that is not affected by the dizziness. And as I said a few days ago it works like a charm. However, I hope you never get a next time. Also remember that both tea and coffee and even the decaf are diuretics. So drink these moderately. I will see you in Trivia tonight. Right now cleaning the kitchen.

@ OODIEBOM, Good Afternoon, I hope you and your husband are doing well. We just had some rain here, one of 5h9s3 mini storms that comes with lots of wind and rain. Not sure if it hit you first or vice versa. Today I feel better, not dizzy. I tried to hydrate as much as I can, but I do like to drink a good cup of coffee. Oodiebom see you in Trivia tonight.
