Well, you said to get some rest last night and I did. The computer chair was my bed. After Trivia I fell sound asleep sitting upright and the computer was still on, though the ribbons were going through it. I awoke just before sunrise.

I worked on the kitchen in between the thunder storm that gave us much needed rain. The dishwasher is now doing it’s job and I still have a few items left in the sink and on the counter. I think on Monday the physical therapist returns, though she didn’t say what time.

I have had a feeling for a few months now that hubby may have Parkinsons or the beginnings thereof. Reading Alan Alda’s symptoms brought it home. Hubby has the same symptoms. Almost all of them. The only one in the family that I knew had it was his sister who passed away almost 17 years ago. He has another sister and not sure if she has been affected. I will be contacting the doctor’s office Monday to see if he can have the tests. This could explain lots of things.

Mom and sis got back fine. I went to see them today to hear about the trip. They basically gambled and shopped. Neither one came out ahead with the gambling.🙁 Mom bought many new outfits. I asked her where she is going to wear all this and her answer was anywhere! I guess she thinks all places are going to fully open, duh? Her and Iris must be related.

Mom was so funny describing all the risque outfits she saw in the hotel and on the strip. You had to be there to see her motions on the front and back of the body.🤣 And all the obese people letting it all hang out. It’s been a while since she was in Vegas.😆

Not feeling all that great today so making some bland chicken for dinner. Will relax tonight and hope whatever is gone by tomorrow. Hugs to you and Poppy.🤗

Sheba, thank you for the post yesterday. Wow, it’s been almost 2 years… you go girl! So grateful you have had great care and are doing well 🙂 !!!

I did check the essential and it does have a healthy does of Biotin, good to know. I am sure I have reviewed the ingredients before but after a while i just reorder as usual.
