Another hot one today with a late afternoon thunderstorm. We should get cooler this week and I hope the humidity goes down. Got up this morning and did not feel better so I took something to clean me out and keep me running.😆 I had some soup for dinner and feel better.🥣 I think I had too much fat food and fried food last week. The body is revolting – can’t eat like I did years ago.😏

You are right, mom and sis are relaxing. Hope you had a good Sunday. Thanks for my favorite drink last night!🥰💗

Weather here seems to be about 77ish currently.

Yesterday I ordered food for my son and I from Rubios. Do you have them near you? They closed early because of a labor shortage, yah wonder why? Anyways, I accidentally ate my sons food. Ugh, i know…. lol, it tasted different but I never ordered their bowls before so wasn’t sure what to expect. Since they had to close early I couldn’t go back. Went back today, picked up an order for him. He was really nice about it. Good thing he ordered an extra taco and some sides.

Btw, having some emoji issues but i am sure it’s me and not the computer.

Good Afternoon Sheba, such beautiful Sunflowers. How are you? I hope you are having a good Sunday. I am better, no dizzy spells and hopefully it stays away. We have a sunny day here and windy again. As I said before, it dries everything so fast. As hot as its been, this weekend I made a potato leek soup for me. I also like a Burrata cheese and tomato salad with olive oil and oregano. I like to brush that olive oil mixture on slices of Italian bread and toast it in the oven. As soon as it comes out of the oven, I rubbed a piece of raw garlic all over it, its delicious. My husband is making a bread recipe he got off YouTube for diabetes . I helped a little , but he wants to do it himself. Take care Sheba.
