Weather was hot and humid during the day. We had a bit of rain in the afternoon but the biggy was just about an hour ago. I went out to the van to get the notebook I started on the daily meds for hubby. I thought the dark clouds above were for the night sky until I saw some lightning which I thought was heat. As I walked back to the house it was lightning all around us one after the other. Again I thought it was just the heat. I decided to sit in the den and look at the lake. Well, the storm rolled in and the lightning was fierce. it lasted about an hour. We did get some much needed rain.

The kitchen is almost done. I am tweaking the countertops and getting rid of appliances that are no longer in working order. Going to try out some new ones as their replacement. Hope to finish the kitchen tomorrow and that includes the window and sill. After that I will be working in the dining area so hubby can walk around without hitting something that should not be there in the first place. By the way, he is almost walking normally. Just a little over two weeks and there is even more progress. I am now doing a victory dance.

Oh did I tell you that hubby wants more than anything to drive. He is driving me crazy. Don’t worry, I am not about to give in. He will have to learn to sit as a passenger for once and not start giving me grief. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

No, we will not be seeing Ida anytime soon. It will hit Louisiana and then head towards the Northeast, though I think it may just head out to sea. Time will tell with the next few days. Temperature wise it will be in the mid 90s all week. Storms expected Wednesday thru Friday. Not sure if there are any other tropical depressions out there. Guess I better keep an eye on the tropics.

Taci did you get your new computer yet? I am asking because sometimes I have a problem
with the Emojis keep trying and your emoji will pop up. I go at a speed that is too fast.

I have to write and think of the image I want to upload. I will say sorry for the many typos
I have I know I do this often I will go Gulf and Golf and I know the difference. There is so much
to do when you are doing a thread like this and some days I have several threads I do
simultaneously. Well I am only human and can do so much. 🤣 I do the best I can with the
time limit on editing we only have about 8-10 minutes to catch an error by the time I see
it the time limit is up so sorry for any typos. 😜 I do love the Heidi Daus Bangles you love. 💕

Your food sounds delicious I love Italian food and we have a great Italian Restaurant
that delivers one of my birthday presents from our children was a fantastic Pasta Meal
with the works we had enough food to last for a couple of days. ✨💕

Things are cooling in OZ we are around 74 degrees right now I am trying to see how
the week is looking. I am finish with my planting for this year and everything is looking
just 😘 beautiful.
