We finally had some rain with thunder. It actually poured. And, when I looked to the East, there was a rainbow. orange, yellow, aqua (same color as Heidi’s tassel necklace and a reddish purple (which was another match with Heidi’s tassel necklace). Wonder if this was a omen for me to purchase them. I didn’t do it, at least not yet.

Hubby did the dishes for me this afternoon. He says he is feeling better. But yesterday he scared me when he thought it was Memorial Day. I surmise seeing all the flags waving near us made him think it was. Had to remind him that we just had a memorial for 9/11. Next question was why the flags were not at half mast. I couldn’t come up with a decent answer.

Good Afternoon Sheba, hoping this Monday finds you well. We are having a day of clouds and sunshine through out the day. I am feeling good, doing some laundry and planning to bake some oatmeal cookies later. Thank you for your help on the post for Perlier, posting the picture. I ordered some for me, and also sent it to my niece in N.C. I know she is going to enjoy it.

Good Afternoon to you in OZ. Very cloudy here, but no rain as yet. Sunshine is still able to peek through the clouds. We had thunderstorms yesterday, but no rain. Hope today will be a bit different.

Well, guess the lack of sleep finally caught up with me. Have no recollection what Saturday was like or parts of yesterday. Yep, slept a lot.

I purchased a cream for hubby’s knees. For the life of me I couldn’t open it. Directions stipulated no knives, scissors or sharp objects. Finally went on “You Tube” to see if there was anyone who videoed opening the tube. And sure enough there was one smart lad. By the way, there were no directions anywhere in the box for opening the top. Lo and Behold, You had to turn the cap upside down to release the valve. Who would have thought!!!!!! A real simple solution. So, then I went looking for the cap. No where to be found. I was livid. It wasn’t until I was getting the bed ready for later that I glanced at hubby’s nightstand. There it was, right in front of the radio. However, instead of looking blue in color, in the dark it looked black. No wonder why I passed it up several times. Did you ever feel real ??? I sure did, especially when watching “You Tube.”
