Sheba, my husband cut the grass today too! Our yard is small so it’s easy. We have a large tree getting cut down Wed. Kinda sad as I love it but its roots are causing issue. Today has been a busy one for me. Ended up at costco picking up some new glasses, since i lost the last ones. They were old so it was time anyways.
Remember when I was out for the week? We were taking a boat ride and could see a few of the cargo ships waiting and some cool boats too.
Does you BIL live near you? Hope you can talk with him often.

Just be thankful for the little things in life. Everything is a day by day thing since the Covid took over. The tsunami may be about to hit, but you can ride that wave. Put your surf board into the water and let that wave bring you to shore. You can handle it. Put one foot ahead of the other and it will just be like a walk down the runway, only a bit faster, though you may feel it in slow motion.

Tomorrow will be a bit hectic. I expect to see a couple of contractors. We have a leak, but not sure where it is coming from. Our floors in the guest bathroom are ruined along with our hallway and my tiny office in the master bedroom. We came home to this and I didn’t mention it. It wasn’t until our plumber arrived and changed the toilet that we knew something was definitely amiss. He called the Town water people who in turn contacted a contractor who in turn contacted someone like Service Pro. The floors are dried but will need to be replaced along with the subflooring. We thought it was due to the humidity in the house, but I guess not. Funny, though, while hubby was in rehab, I decided to plan a remodel of the second bathroom. I found a vanity and a new tub (not sure if the tub will fit) and also a counter cabinet. The only thing left is the flooring. I’ll know better tomorrow.

We did see some dark clouds, but there was no rain, no lightning and no thunder. There will be no moon tonight because it is very cloudy. Temp tonight will be in the 70s and mid 80s tomorrow. The pollen count is rising, but my meds are holding my sinuses at bay.

Good evening don’t wait too long to order anything. I saw on the National News
where in California there is a harbor full of containers about 90 ships waiting to
delivery goods for the USA. I was told if you want anything by Christmas order now. ✨

I think what I plan to do is give cash because cash is king and the kids and family can
get what they want. 😎😘

The moon is the Harvest Moon tonight and I do hope you can see it. We had a strong
storm come through OZ and everything is fresh and clean again. ✨💕Oodie everything
is day by day now comes the tsunami I will ride it just like I do a wave.

Good afternoon from the ‘burgh. Terrible ending to the game last night, would rather lose by 20 points than one.😪 Didn’t watch much of the Emmys, can’t get used to the small crowd venues. Not the grand party it is supposed to be but downsized like everything else now.😕

Taking mom to lunch tomorrow to get her out of the house. She informed me today that she has a busy October. The second week she has four functions to attend.😮 I don’t have four functions the whole month! And that’s just one week of the month. I will definitely look at her calendar tomorrow as I may have to drive her to some places.

Well, we were supposed to go out, but hubby is not feeling up to it and that is OK with me. Have enough on my plate to keep busy and then some. I am making progress on the house and getting nearer to the living/great room. With him in bed I can get the other things accomplished. Guess the MB and BR will wait until he can move out of the way.

My back is giving me some problems, but not enough to keep me down and out. Probably will have a thunderstorm later today. Temps will be in the mid 80s, but the humidity will make it feel in the 90s.

Haven’t seen the spoonbill in a couple of days. Could be a change in our weather or he flew North. I am debating about the today’s special since my phone can no longer be updated. Then again, there is always an Apple to consider. Not in a rush to make a decision. Lower prices probably over Black Friday and Cyber week.
