Hello Sheba, I hope you and your husband had a beautiful Sunday. I a good time with your daughters on face time. Today a made a hearty chicken soup, no potatoes so husband was able to have it too. This evening I made some herb and garlic butter. With lots of parsley, Thyme, sage, oregano, spring onions, garlic, rosemary. Made three different ones using those herbs and garlic. I used the Kitchenaid to whip up the butter and herbs. Made into a log placed in the freezer for a few minutes, then cut into rounds and placed little square pieces of parchment paper between the round pieces. Made extra for the freezer, wrapped it in parchment paper and then in freezer paper placed it in a plastic bag for future use. By the way I had a good laugh on the post about leaving this thread. it was a gray day here with a little rain, I didn’t walk or hike. Did some organizing Oodie style. Also pulled out some of my parents old photos. I think I am going to digitize them but some are too faded and fragile so not sure yet the best option. That is my homework.

What was the ts you bought? I remember Curtis Stone has a pan but it doesn’t sound like what you bought.

Took my older Deb Guyot herkimer necklace with hematite beads. It’s longer with a large herkimer on the end. I attached the ‘Catitude’ pendant to it and the drop looks very sparkly and just the length I wanted. 🙂

Glad you are taking it easy today. I am baking pork chops and a berry pie for dinner and dessert. We are watching the Ryder Cup, of course. Beautiful day in the ‘burgh and the whole week looks great. Mom is doing good. The oven is beeping so my cooking starts. Enjoy your movie tonight.💕

I forgot to mention that I hemmed and hawed too long for the TS yesterday, but ordered Jack after the fact. I read some of the reviews from other sites, but he is so cute, decided to order anyway. I will write a review upon trying him out. So cute……..how could I not resist.

Hubby is taking it easy. I’m getting the laundry together. I have a load soaking. Yes, I am still working on the house. I do a small section daily if the back holds up.

On another note. Hubby has a doctor’s appointment next week. We definitely need to return North and that will be up to our physician. Not sure if we will drive or fly. Then again, may not be able to do either. I am still very concerned with hubby’s health. He is doing OK, but the progress is slow and I am OK with that. I just need to see the dentist and get a root canal over and done with. I definitely do not want to leave hubby alone if he is not able to travel. May need to find someone to prepare meals and to give him his meds.

Yes, Florida has dentists. But it seems they do not like saving a tooth or teeth. They love the Implants and that’s what they seem to want to do. So, I need to return to the ones I trust. Not sure if I like the idea of flying, but it may be the best alternative. We shall see. And, oh yes, no TV or wifi North. I’ll cross that bridge later.

Glad your BIL is feeling a bit better. I still hope and pray that there is other things they can try. Seems the hospitals in OZ are trying everything they can. His age is a good factor. And eating healthy also helps. Meanwhile take care of yourself along with hubby and Poppy.

Weather wise it is in the mid 80s today with loads of clouds. No rain expected today or tomorrow. I surmise everyone have their eyes on Hurricane Sam. I do not think the Gulf Coast will have to worry on this one, but we will keep watch nevertheless.

Thank you for your post my BIL has lived in Silver Springs, Maryland for years.

BIL just came home to be with his children. It was a somber but happy day. ✨
