I have to say I am feeling somewhat better taking Andrew Lessman’s products. Guess who
I dreamed about last night? Liam Neeson! No not that dream he was missing his wife.
We were in a different place and time. I loved that dream. ♥ I only have crushes on
Movie Stars like everyone else. 🙂

Hahaa Sheba …. Love the Duck Butts story. Glad to read your Dr. visits & tests are Really good, sounds like you’re doing taking the A.L. powder A-O.K. Yes Sheba, I wish Nettea All the best and pray she maintains the strength to WIN this battle. So exciting to know KITTENGIRL & LOAF’s family members are involved in finding a CURE! Cherie is very happy for ya Sheba that your Family is holding their own. So Funny, I was thinking about what LOAF mentioned …. Magnets on the fridge. Duck Butts

Next time you see a duck , you might be inspired to examine your own ability to both float on the surface and to dive beneath it.

If you are lucky enough to live in a part of the world that is also a home to ducks, you will no doubt be familiar with the image of their cute feathery bottoms sticking up in the air as their heads disappear under the surface of the water. Perhaps you’ve even taken a moment to wonder what they see in their underwater world, and if they will resurface with a fish or a water bug in their beaks. As we observe them, we see that ducks are denizens of three worlds–the world of air, the world of water, and the world of earth. As such, they have adapted themselves to be able to swim, fly, and walk, and they seek and find nourishment in more than one place. They are symbols of versatility and can inspire us to explore our own ability to adapt and find nourishment in a variety of places.

Ducks are able to float, swim, and dive into the water, fishing for food. They can walk on the ground, eating vegetation and bugs, and they fly in the air to travel long distances relatively quickly. Equipped with feet that are equally good at paddling and walking, as well as wings to fly, ducks seem comfortable in just about any natural environment. Next time you see a duck bottom, you might be inspired to examine your own ability to both float on the surface and to dive beneath it. In many traditions, water symbolizes the emotions–to duck our heads into our emotions means we are able to surrender our minds to our hearts, to go into the watery realm of feeling and see what there is to see, often coming to the surface with nourishment and treasure.

At the same time, we share the duck’s ability to get solid ground under our feet by connecting to the earth on which we live simply by walking on it. And finally, when we reside in our spirits, we fly above the mental, emotional, and material realms, free of all the ties that bind us to this earth, traveling faster and farther than we ever thought possible.

I take one spoon in water once a day. I hope I am doing this right. So far so good.
Cherie I read on Faire’s Thread about Nettea. My heart truly goes out to her. I first
met her on Cindy819 Sparkle Thread. Nettea is from England and she is a sweetheart. ♥
Nettea is strong I am sure she will kick the can out of cancer. I live with it everyday with
four family members and it does not get any easier. So far everyone is holding steady.
I will light a candle for her. Prayers to her and her family. ♥

Cherie have fun on vacation. 🙂 Oh I went to the doctor today and everything is where it
should be I need to work on a couple of things but using Andrew Lessman’s products I am
on the right track. ♥ I think I hear your kids. 🙂

Good Morning Loaf I wish we could hang out today. Just have some Ice Tea or something
cool to drink. I have been to the doctor this morning and everything is where it should be.
I need to work on some things and with Andrew Lessman I am getting there I can’t wait to see
his next show. I will say this I will never be with his Marine Collagen Peptides. NEVER!

Little warm here but alright. Loaf we went from winter to summer no spring. I hate it when that
happens and it is not just in the Midwest it’s all over the country. I hope you have a wonderful
day I will be here off and on. I love your cats that story is so funny. 🙂 Loaf I am still mad
at Charlie the Cat he took my Bunny.
