Good Morning Cherie,

I had a rough day yesterday and I am snapping out of it. When I do a gallery it is whatever
pops into my head.I am alright now. The sadness is going away somewhat. I am showing
Fall and the Food that goes with Fall. ♥ We have had a lot of rain and my kid lives on the
Coast of Georgia and may be affected again by the storm. I hope I am not too gloomy
I try to keep it cheerful. ♥ I hope you get some rain soon as you can see there is plenty
to go around. Hey enjoy your day and take it easy. 🙂 Well welcome to fall.

God bless your friend. Our daughter lives on the Coast of Georgia. I am like here we go
again. Prayers for all who are in it’s path. Everyday there is something going on.

How is your MIL? We are in the 40;s here and I love it. I just don’t want it to get any
cooler for now. 🙂

I am so glad that is working for you. I can’t wait to get my labs and see what is happening.
I watch my diet and my weight so far so good. I know life can throw you an ugly curve
and I am hoping all my bases are covered. I just took an Andrew Lessman Coenzyme Q-10.
I remember you recommend that for me. So far I am not on a statin and I hope to keep it
that way god willing. ♥ Loaf is this it? I have everything bu this I want to see where my
numbers are and I may just order this. ♥

Oh Sheba … I could so see you set up a table fit for a King, Queen, and their Court! So Funny paper plates are banned at Cherie’s house …. one mess was all it took and out they went.
