Hi Sheba, you sister will have lots of houses to choose from in AZ, its in some kind of boom. I was reading recently about a town called Peridot in AZ. She will have lots of new adventures. Hopefully she will take her vacations in the summer and get out of town then. It’s beyond hot there in summer.
Thank you for the update on your sister and dad. I do think of them and wish them the best.
I’ve been inspired by you and my summer drink is carbonated water with some fruit added.
It’s very good.Shout out all! Hope those in hot muggy area’s are doing well. I was thinking about how my hair would spring up in curl and poof out on those Wi muggy summer days.

I’ve Grown Accustomed to Her Face
Rex Harrison! ! ! !
I’ve grown accustomed to her face
She almost makes the day begin
I’ve grown accustomed to the tune that
She whistles night and noon
Her smiles, her frowns
Her ups, her downs
Are second nature to me now
Like breathing out and breathing in
I was serenely independent and content before we met
Surely I could always be that way again
And yet
I’ve grown accustomed to her look
Accustomed to her voice
Accustomed to her face
I can see her now, Mrs. Freddy Eynsford-Hill
In a wretched little flat above a store
I can see her now, not a penny in the till
And a bill collector beating at the door
She’ll try to teach the things I taught her
And end up selling flowers instead
Begging for her bread and water
While her husband has his breakfast in bed.
In a year, or so, when she’s prematurely grey
And the blossom in her cheek has turned to chalk
She’ll come home, and lo, he’ll have upped and run away
With a social-climbing heiress from New York
Poor Eliza. How simply frightful
How humiliating! How delightful
How poignant it’ll be on that inevitable night
When she hammers on my door in tears and rags
Miserable and lonely, repentant and contrite
Will I take her in or hurl her to the walls
Give her kindness or the treatment she deserves
Will I take her back or throw the baggage out
But I’m a most forgiving man
The sort who never could, ever would
Take a position and staunchly never budge
A most forgiving man
But, I shall never take her back
If she were even crawling on her knees
Let her promise to atone
Let her shiver, let her moan
I’ll slam the door and let the -cat freeze
But I’m so used to hear her say
Good morning everyday
Her joys, her woes
Her highs, her lows
Are second nature to me now
Like breathing out and breathing in
I’m very grateful she’s a woman
And so easy to forget
Rather like a habit
One can always break
And yet
I’ve grown accustomed to the trace
Of something in the air
Accustomed to her face -
Wouldn’t It Be Loverly – My Fair Lady
(It’s rather dull in town, I think I’ll take me to Paris, hmm
The mistress wants to open up the castle in Capri, hmm
Me doctor recommends a quiet summer by the sea, hmm, mmm
Wouldn’t it be loverly?)
All I want is a room somewhere
Far away from the cold night air
With one enormous chair
Oh, wouldn’t it be loverly?
Lots of chocolate for me to eat
Lots of coal makin’ lots of heat
Warm face, warm hands, warm feet
Oh, wouldn’t it be loverly?
Oh, so lovely sittin’
Abso-bloomin’-lutely still
I would never budge till spring
Crept over me window sill
Someone’s head restin’ on my knee
Warm and tender as he can be
Who takes good care of me
Oh, wouldn’t it be loverly?
Loverly, loverly, loverly, loverly
(All I want is a room somewhere
Far away from the cold night air
With one enormous chair)
Oh, wouldn’t it be loverly?
Lots of chocolate for me to eat
Lots of coal makin’ lots of heat
Warm face, warm hands, warm feet
Oh, wouldn’t it be loverly?
Oh, so lovely sittin’
Abso-bloomin’-lutely still
I would never budge till spring
Crept over me window sill
(Someone’s head restin’ on my knee
Warm and tender as she can be)
Who takes good care of me
Oh, wouldn’t it be loverly
Loverly, loverly, loverly?
Oh, wouldn’t it be loverly?
Loverly, loverly, loverly
Wouldn’t it be loverly? -
On The Street Where You Live – My Fair Lady
I have often walked down the street before
But the pavement always
Stayed beneath my feet before
All at once am I
Several stories high
Knowing I’m on the street where you live
Are there lilac trees
In the heart of town?
Can you hear a lark in any other part of town?
Does enchantment pour
Out of every door?
No, it’s just on the street where you live
And oh, the towering feeling
Just to know somehow you are near
The overpowering feeling
That any second you may suddenly appear
People stop and stare
They don’t bother me
For there’s no where else on earth
That I would rather be
Let the time go by
I won’t care if I
Can be here on the street where you live
People stop and stare
They don’t bother me
For there’s no where else on earth
That I would rather be
Let the time go by
I won’t care if I
Can be here on the street where you live
Let me be on the street where you live -
I Could Have Danced All Night – My Fair Lady
Bed, bed! I couldn’t go to bed
My head’s too light to try to set it down
Sleep, sleep! I couldn’t sleep tonight
Not for all the jewels in the crown
I could have danced all night
I could have danced all night
And still have begged for more
I could have spread my wings
And done a thousand things
I’ve never done before
I’ll never know ahat made it so exciting
Why all at once my heart took flight
I only know when he began to dance with me
I could have danced, danced, danced all night
I could have danced all night (You’re tired out, you must be dead)
I could have danced all night (Your face is drawn, your eyes are red)
And still have begged for more (Now say goodnight, turn out the light)
(Please, it’s really time for you to be in bed)
I could have spread my wings (Do come along, do as you’re told)
And done a thousand things (Or Mrs. Pierce is apt to stir)
I’ve never done before (You’re up too late, please, it sure is late)
(Miss, you’ll catch a cold)
I’ll never know what made it so exciting
Why all at once my heart took flight
I only know when he (Put down your book, the work’ll keep)
Began to dance with me (Now settle down and go to sleep)
I could have danced, danced, danced all night
I could have danced all night
I could have danced all night
And still have begged for more
I could have spread my wings
And done a thousand things
I’ve never done before
I’ll never know what made it so exciting
Why all at once my heart took flight
I only know when he began to dance with me
I could have danced, danced, danced all night -
Gigi – Louie Jourdan
Gigi
Am I a fool without a mind
Or have I merely been too blind to realize
Oh Gigi
Why you’ve been growing up before my very eyes
Gigi
You’re not at all that funny awkward little girl I knew
Oh no
Overnight there’s been a breathless change in you
Oh Gigi
While you were trembling on the brink
Oh Gigi
Have I been standing up too close or back too far
When did your sparkle turn to fire
And your warmth become desire
Oh what miracle has made you the way you areRelated

Gigi
While you were trembling on the brink
Was I out yonder somewhere blinking at a star
Oh Gigi
Have I been standing up too close or back too far
When did your sparkle turn to fire
And your warmth become desire
Oh what miracle has made you the way you are -

Cherie,
This is for you. All Aboard!!Escape (The Pina Colada Song)
Rupert HolmesI was tired of my lady, we’d been together too long
Like a worn-out recording, of a favorite song
So while she lay there sleeping, I read the paper in bed
And in the personals column, there was this letter I read
“If you like Pina Coladas, and getting caught in the rain
If you’re not into yoga, if you have half a brain
If you like making love at midnight, in the dunes of the cape
I’m the love that you’ve looked for, write to me, and escape”
I didn’t think about my lady, I know that sounds kind of mean
But me and my old lady, had fallen into the same old dull routine
So I wrote to the paper, took out a personal ad
And though I’m nobody’s poet, I thought it wasn’t half bad
“Yes, I like Pina Coladas, and getting caught in the rain
I’m not much into health food, I am into champagne
I’ve got to meet you by tomorrow noon, and cut through all this red tape
At a bar called O’Malley’s, where we’ll plan our escape”
So I waited with high hopes, then she walked in the place
I knew her smile in an instant, I knew the curve of her face
It was my own lovely lady, and she said, “Oh, it’s you”
And we laughed for a moment, and I said, “I never knew”
“That you liked Pina Coladas, and getting caught in the rain
And the feel of the ocean, and the taste of champagne
If you like making love at midnight, in the dunes of the cape
You’re the love that I’ve looked for, come with me, and escape”
“If you like Pina Coladas, and getting caught in the rain
If you’re not into yoga, if you have half a brain
If you like making love at midnight, in the dunes of the cape
I’m the love that you’ve looked for, come with me, and escape
