I love Fix It Upper and the Property Brothers! I also like the show Hometown (?) with the couple from Mississippi who recently had a baby girl. They restore old houses. I love decorating and designing. I had fun planning all the renovations in my house but it wasn’t much fun to live through. Sure turned out beautifully though. 😀
I love the old classics too. We cut back on our cable channels so I no longer get that channel. I miss it. Do you know the movie Laura with Gene Tierney and Dana Andrews? One of my faves. Quiet man is a great movie! I wasn’t born back then either, wasn’t born when Rifleman and lots of those westerns of that era were filmed. If you get GRIT TV check out Laramie. It’s my fave western and the two men who star in it are absolute dreamboats! 😀
I wasn’t allowed to watch much tv either growing up. Like you, had lots of homework and chores, books of course. I was allowed to watch the old reruns of Father Knows Best and Gunsmoke. I had a HUGE crush on Chad Everett as a very young girl (he was old enough to be my father but I was convinced I would grow up to marry him! LOL!) and I even stole a brick from his property! Crazy things kids do, right? I was crushed when his house burned down and he moved away. I remember he had a very long driveway and it was lined with tall trees. I think he had horses but they all got away safely. I haven’t thought of that in years!
Hey, I hope you are feeling better and not coming down with something. Did you buy any Iman goodies? I was very good – bought 3 of the TS and the poncho/cape in blush.

I am about to turn off all electronic things as I was watching Talking Dead.

I am not a big TV watcher except for HGTV I love flipping houses and House Décor.
I have never missed a Property Brothers or Fixer Upper. Once Upon Time just ended
after 5 years on ABC. Reruns may be on a cable channel. The show was about every
story or fairytale in children’s storybooks. I would watch it first and then walking dead.

Now I do watch This Is Us and The Voice also DWTS. I always guess the winner.
I am a CNN Girl and Turner Classic Movies Addict. I love the older movies in Black and White.

Believe it or not I was not born when Maverick was made but I love Maverick and James Garner. Plus I have it on a prime cable channel and no commercials. My favorite western
is John Ford’s The Quiet Man. Very good movie. I was not allowed to watch a lot of TV
when I was a child I had books and music and chores. I am just now catching with some
of the Classics I missed out on.. I have Starz Encore Western. On CNN I loved Tony Bourdain
the chef that traveled all over the world and passed this summer. Great show called
Parts Unknown. RIP Tony!

I am not familiar with that show. Is it still on or is it an old show? To be honest, I usually don’t watch much but hsn, fox news, westerns like Laramie, Rifleman, wagon train and some programs on TBN, hgtv. Occasionally if I can remember, I watch This is Us and The Voice. I pull up history programs on Utube. Every morning I watch Leave it to Beaver and Perry Mason. I have never heard of Once Upon a Time but I’m sure you will have fun getting into character with all your Heidi jewels! Do you have a crown? Sounds like you are going to have a good time! 😀

I have a feeling Negan is going to do something to Rick I may jump through the TV if
that happens. No I have never read the comic books. I may start now. I have seen many
a beloved character go so they are not scared to kill off any character. That is bold.

The character I want to see gone is NEGAN. Jeffrey Dean Morgan will always have a job
as he is a good actor too good on this show. I would love to do the honors. My kids live
near where the show is shot. You can sign up to be walkers I want to be the one with the
axe and take them down. I can only be me. LOL! I am glad you dropped in and I hope
you are feeling better. I am a wee bit under the weather. I watch TD because I always like
the backstory what is going on in the producers mind and how the actors feel. Let’s see
what happens this season I hope I will be a happy camper. Enjoy this.
