Welcome to conversation – 15. This is number 15 of this thread.
We are in TAY. This Thread is three years old.
I hope you enjoy this as it covers music, fashion and most of all
Heidi Daus. I am an Avid Collector. ♥ my focus is fashion being a former
fashion model. As a singer I cover lots of old school music and popular and
show tunes. Movies are a must. We talk about a lot of things in Conversation.
Please remember this is TAY! I am still learning the new system so bear with me.
Blessings to you all. ♥ Happy Holidays ♥

I take mine with food. Now the Marine Collagen Peptides I take that with water as it is a
powder and I have the big bottle. These products by Andrew are the only ones I will take.
I also have the hair, skin and nails , Omaga-3, I also take phytoceramides also I take the
ultimate eye support. Let me know how it works for you. -
I am alright I go into the doctor next week. Then I have more appts. No biggie this is
just routine every year. My daughter’s dog that passed in May was named Chloe. We are still dealing as she had Chloe for 18 years. I have never heard my child cry like
that she is doing much better now. I think of my little Sheba everyday. ♥
Little Avi will be fine and I am glad you have his Chloe to spend time with you.
Do you play the games in the HSN Arcade? I am about to hit 2 million in a week or so.
I play when I can it relaxes me I can only play maybe 6-7 games. 🙂 -
Sheba, I forgot to ask… I see you take the coQ10. I have a huge bottle but haven’t taken. Is there any tummy upset? Do you take with food or on an empty tummy?

We love Biscotti! Thank you. Chloe, my dogter-in-law is over and snoring away. It is good for Jerry and me.
Did not use my latest coupon. Heidi is less than two weeks away. This week I am more concerned with your health, the health of the children of this thread and our beloved fur babies.
Weighed in this morning at 8 AM. Sometimes you listen to music and sometimes you face it. LOL.

@Sheba, Couldn’t find the lab papers and was up all last night, rough night with heated “bed-buddies” and no sleep. Last I remember it was nearly 6 am and then I was woken by my 6:30 am alarm to take my meds. I’m drained. I will keep the Dr appt. and get new lab papers and will also get my flu shot. I will also call to reschedule my heart test. I’m with loaf – get really anxious for Dr visits and especially heart tests. I don’t mind lab work so much because the lab I go to is super friendly and always puts their patients at ease.
Yes, you are right, no coffee for me. Unfortunately, no chocolate either. Hot chocolate is my fave and I can no longer have it which is a bummer, especially this time of year. I very much appreciate the offer and your thoughtfulness though.
I’m very tired today so not planning on doing much. I had planned on cleaning my garage but that will have to wait for a day in which I have some energy. Guess it’s laundry and the slow cooker today. And hopefully some sleep.
@Cherie, Glad to hear your friend is getting better. It takes time…
That kitten is adorable! 😀
Hope everyone has a great day! 😀 -
Take one every morning thanks to Sheba’s recommendation.

The Gift of Boredom
A bored mind can be the canvas upon which innovation is painted, and the womb in which novelty is nourished.
The human mind thrives on novelty. What was once a source of pleasure can become tedious after a time. Though our lives are full, boredom lurks around every corner because we innately long for new experiences. Yet boredom by its very nature is passive. In this idle state of mind, we may feel frustrated at our inability to channel our mental energy into productive or engaging tasks. We may even attempt to lose ourselves in purposeless or self-destructive pursuits. While this can be a sign of depression, it can also be an invitation issued from your mind, asking you to challenge yourself. Boredom can become the motivation that drives you to learn, explore the exotic, experiment, and harness the boundless creative energy within.
In Hindu and Buddhist traditions, boredom is perceived as a pathway to self-awareness. Boredom itself is not detrimental to the soul–it is the manner in which we respond to it that determines whether it becomes a positive or a negative influence in our lives. When you respond by actively filling the emptiness you feel lurking in yourself, you cultivate creativity and innovation. If, when in the grip of boredom, you have difficulty acknowledging the merits of any activities you might otherwise enjoy, generate your own inspiration. Before you find yourself beset by boredom, create a list of tasks you can consult when it feels like there is simply nothing to do. Referring to a list of topics you want to learn more about, projects you’ve yet to begin, or even pending chores can spark your creative energy and reawaken your zest for life.
When we are troubled by boredom, it is not that there is nothing to do but rather that we are not stimulated by the options before us. A bored mind can be the canvas upon which innovation is painted and the womb in which novelty is nourished. When you identify boredom as a signal that you need to test your boundaries, it can be the force that presses you to strive for opportunities you thought were beyond your reach and to indulge your desire for adventure. AMEN ♥
