This looks delicious. Sheba, when you send us treats; we get inspired. We added a coffee bar to our kitchen last year. It has Jerry’s coffee machines and we partake. Today’s treat will lead me into Heidi day.

The most beautiful rainbow was in the sky today. It reminded me of my Aunt Esther. It made me feel as if Avi was with her deciding when he would sent me a doggie.

Enjoy the fall colors and the day ahead.

We will all be posting tomorrow. Lions, kitties, doggies and crystals and beads. Oh my!

@Sheba, I just read your Holding Space… really good and so true. It is very hard when loved ones are sick. It is paramount to remember it is not about us, it is about them. Whatever we can do to make that time easier for them, to acknowledge (even if just in ourselves) the deeper meaning behind the words in their frustration and fear. Just being there helps so much.

How are you today? I hope you are feeling better. A couple of days ago you were feeling under the weather. Wow! Snow! I really envy you but also understand your concern about it coming so early in the season! If I lived where it snowed, I would want it to come in December so I could enjoy autumn. It still isn’t fall here yet. Oh, a few trees are changing but fall is late this year. Fall is my favorite time of year.
Yesterday I wasn’t feeling well. I was out of breath and my heart rate was higher but steady. When I was voting I felt off and weak and no chair close by. It wasn’t until my alarm went off to take my pills that I realized I never took them that morning! I decided to skip watching the election returns until I felt better and it’s a good thing. I don’t understand this state and why people keep voting to have taxes raised. We have gone from Gov. Moonbeam to Gov. Gruesome and he has very deep pockets and will want them filled! Hubby and I can’t leave soon enough!

I am very excited for Heidi’s visit. I know you are too! If it snows while she is here that would only make it more perfect! Just stay warm and cozy.
I never got out for a walk today and will be starting to make the meatballs soon as my grandson is here today. He always makes me smile and laugh. 😀 Have a great day! 😀

Hey have a great day. I miss Anthoney Bourdain from Parts Unknown. This is about the
cool chef who traveled all over the world telling a story and eating foods from Parts
Unknown. He passed in August and his last show is on Sunday. May he RIP!
