Welcome to conversation – 15. This is number 15 of this thread.
We are in TAY. This Thread is three years old.
I hope you enjoy this as it covers music, fashion and most of all
Heidi Daus. I am an Avid Collector. ♥ my focus is fashion being a former
fashion model. As a singer I cover lots of old school music and popular and
show tunes. Movies are a must. We talk about a lot of things in Conversation.
Please remember this is TAY! I am still learning the new system so bear with me.
Blessings to you all. ♥ Happy Holidays ♥

I have many Storybook Sweaters I still wear mine. I had to wrap Sheba up in something
of mine when she passed. I wanted her to know I will always be with her.The Heidi pieces you see in the picture were all brought this year. They are not vintage
I do have vintage and I will share those pics one day. I brought the Cheetah right here
on HSN all the pieces in that pic were brought on HSN. I brought the Blue Suite here
on HSN too. The Red Suite was on Heidi’s Site and it matches the Blue. All this year. All lead back to the Jacket. I will show this one more time. I went for a crisp walk in
the dark with my dog. The moon was out and I felt like I was not on this earth. I had a good
time walking. I think my Endorphins kicked in. LOL! The air was perfect and the sky dark.
It was a mile walk and I feel pretty good. -
Hi Sheba;
These pieces are stunning. The red is a showstopper. Every piece is beautiful. I suppose many of these are vintage and not available.
My Heidi shopping is finding some organization. The TS brings some great choices as does Heidi’s website where I find sensations. You should give tours of your dressing room. LOL. Do you collect others. Have you ever looked at the work of Ciner?
Heidi is pure fun. I must say this month has, I am going to say it, sucked. However, when I leave the house I feel pulled together. Tomorrow, I will wear my Pink Poodle pin to fill out our application at the no-kill shelter. The last time I went I wore a Storybook Knits Bichon Sweater. I took Avi home in it and wrapped him in it at the end.
Chloe here this afternoon. Glad to not be cooking. In my time I have made nearly forty Thanksgiving dinners. Now, I truly prefer smaller dinner parties at the house. When do your guests begin to arrive? Which Heidi do you plan to wear on Thanksgiving?

@Sheba,
Good morning to you! I can’t believe it is Friday already! Where did the week go? I am cleaning a little today, going to stretch it out over the week and then do a once over the day before Thanksgiving. Grandson will be with us that day so it’s better to get it all done before so I’m not exhausted. The plumber is coming this afternoon, the hot water heater is out. He was here yesterday to order a part.
No, I’m not baking, just cooking. My daughter will either bake a pie or I will pick one up at the bakery. I am going to bake some goodies for the police at the police station near my home.
I don’t have any wolfie cookware. I have revere ware, Curtis Stone and Chef Ming. Love it all. I do have wolfie mixing bowls, spiralizer and pressure cooker but haven’t used them (except the mixing bowls). So much stuff is packed in boxes right now. We have not started the renovation and I won’t until the vet bills are paid off. I have a giant hole in my kitchen ceiling that is taped together. The plumber fell through the ceiling when he was re-piping our house after the flood. It’s just a disaster but that’s life sometimes… got way too many other things that take precedence right now.
My Heidi goodies are coming today and I can’t wait! I also can’t wait for a hot shower and to be able to run the dishwasher! I hope the plumber comes soon! 😀 Sheba, love all the Peanuts gang Thanksgiving pics! 😀
I hope you have a great day and get everything done that you are hoping to do. 😀@Cherie, Thank you for taking care of your firemen. Bless you for doing that! Remember to take a breather while you get everything ready for Thanksgiving.
@loaf, Love your kitchen tree! Do you ever sneak a bite? Lol! I would! 😀
Shout out to Taci, bichon. Hope all have a great day! 😀

Keeping The Sun Inside
Keeping the sun inside of you, when you are missing it on the outside, is a way to say hello to the sun and let it warm your soul.
Anyone who has endured a long, dark winter can attest to the power the sun has to both invigorate and relax body, mind, and soul. It can be daunting to begin the months of fall and winter, knowing that we may not see as much of the beautiful sun for quite some time. But it is important to remember that even during the darker days of fall and winter, the sun is still there shining, as beautiful as ever. Just because it is hidden behind clouds or setting early in our part of the world, does not mean that we cannot access its power, beauty, and warmth.
One way to do this is to find a warm spot in our house where we can sit or lie down in peace. Closing our eyes, we allow our breath to come and go easily, progressively lengthening each inhale and exhale until we feel very relaxed, peaceful, and warm. We imagine that it is a very warm summer day and that the sun is shining on us, allowing it to warm our body. In particular, we may feel as if a small sun has taken up residence in the area of our solar plexus or our heart. We do not need to think about which one too much and can simply trust our body to let us know where it is. Spend some time just experiencing this sensation, allowing the heat to radiate from inside your body.
If you live in a part of the world that loses a lot of light in the winter, you might want to do this exercise each night before retiring. You could also do it at the beginning of each day, giving yourself a chance to plug into that great source of energy. Keeping the sun inside of you when you are missing it on the outside is a way to say hello to the sun and let it warm your soul.

Top of the morning out in Cali as always. I know we are all very busy getting ready
for the Thanksgiving family and friends. 🙂 I have like major cleaning to do so I will
be really busy. I will be using a lot of Wolfie Cookware. Cheers to you today.
Are you baking too? I know your kitchen is in the process of being re-done and I know
you will be happy when that is over. Just think how beautiful it will look. 🙂I will be here off and on today and the weekend. Thanksgiving Blessings to you and your
family. 🙂 -
